Congratulations on attending the Leadership Essentials Program. This experience was designed for leaders like you to provide greater exposure to key people and team leadership competencies with consideration of the challenges of leading in a complex and dynamic environment. This course outline brochure will provide you with information about what you can expect over the next four months including course objectives, learning outcomes, and pre-module work requirements. Be sure to keep this outline handy and follow along as your development journey takes place.
All modules take place using Zoom. The URL for all modules 64933https://us02web.zoom.us/j/822044is: ● Find a quiet and comfortable space without interruptions or background noise and with a good internet connection ● Make sure you have a working microphone and speakers (or headset), and webcam ● Take opportunities offered to network and engage with other participants ● Be ready to engage and respond openly to facilitators ● Log off from your emails and check your mobile is on silent ● Grab yourself a tea or coffee and enjoy the modules! © 2020 Starfish vILT This is a vILT session. vILT stands for Virtual Instructor Led Training – a highly interactive and participative learning event. This is not eLearning nor a Webinar, but a very engaging and active development process. Therefore, come to the sessions prepared to be involved in open discussions, work in breakout groups, do presentations, argue and debate with your cohort colleagues, be called on by name to contribute and, most importantly, learn something new and have some fun!

You have access to a dedicated MS Teams channel that contains all pre work materials, job-aids, supplemental videos, podcasts, plus additional articles and resources relevant to the topics being studied. In addition, you will be asked to upload post-session assignments you complete to the MS Teams Channel for facilitator feedback and peer Mostreview.importantly, being a commons, you are encouraged to send further resources (that you find interesting and relevant) to the facilitator for review and upload to the site, thereby creating a community feel to the MS Teams channel.
Group Coaching
You will each receive two, 1-hour group coaching sessions (one between modules 1 & 2 and the one between modules 2 & 3). The coaching sessions will focus on takeaways and action items related to module content in addition to your reflections and action items associated with your 360⁰ assessment. You appointed coaching session date and time should be in your calendars already.

PechaKucha (Japanese: ぺちゃくちゃ, IPA: [petɕa kɯ̥ tɕa],[1] chit-chat) is a storytelling format where a presenter shows 20 slides for 20 seconds of commentary each. Each slide is auto-timed for 20 seconds, so every presentations last not a second longer or shorter than 6 minutes and 40 seconds. There will be no template provided for this presentation so your creativity and presentation innovation can flow Athrough.lotmore information will be provided regarding the art of creating a Pecha Kucha presentation closer to the time. However, in the meantime, start collecting ideas for your presentation revolving around the topic of “My Leadership Journey So Far”.
