Thanks to this food hygiene course, I was able to gain plenty of useful information about food safety and the laws and regulations surrounding it. The interactive lessons and mock exams at the end of each unit really helped me remember what I had learnt, and whenever I was unsure about something, I could rely on the unlimited online tutor support service. And unlike some other online courses, which give you a lot less help but demand a lot more, I only had to get over 70% on the last assessment to pass.
