A very detailed course where VERY detailed notes are needed, including the case studies. If you put the work in, you will get the results.
VERY GOOD BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF RECRUITMENT
This course was very heavily detailed on the recruitment process. It is very easy to follow with helpful videos as an additional material. Take lots of notes because the test at the end will be based on all the modules covered. The only downside is when undertaking the test the questions referring to the case studies was unclear. You don’t know which case study there referring to so my advice would be to jot the case studies as well. Apart from that this is a very good course I would recommend it to anyone who is considering a career in recruitment or who has just started there career in recruitment.
