About the Moormans

Orginially from Iowa, Jillissa and Brooks have decided to build a forever home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. As proud parents, Jillissa and Brooks would like each of their children to have their own bedroom. Kalya who is 13 loves a bedroom that is mature and sophiscated with places to do her make-up, scroll on Pinterest, and an area where she can cheer. Kolson who is 11 wants a bedroom that celebrates his love for all things sports and of course, his pet chamelon named Bella. Karder who is 9 envisions his bedroom as a safe space where he can go and enjoy his legos as well as his love for NASA and space. Lastly, Kensley who is 7 wants a princess castle for her bedroom. All things pink and purple, Kensley wants a room that comforts her when she plays with her American girl dolls and inspires her to grow up a strong, independent women. Jillissa and Brooks also love hosting many people and caring for their family as well as their community, they require a home to have a variety of different spaces where they can hold these events and conversations. With all this family has to bring to the table, the Moormans forever home will be an outstanding, classic and inspirational piece of architectural coming soon to the Myrtle Beach neighborhood.
