1. Notes Before Conducting Operations
1
Safety cautions:
(1) After turning on the power, do not put your hand and fingers around/under the needle and peripheral region of the belt pulley. (2) If the machine is not operated or operator leaves, the power must be turned off. (3) When tilting the machine head, installing or removing V-type belt and adjusting the machine or changing parts of the machine, the power must be turned off. (4) During operation, do not put your finger, hair or rod near belt pulley, V-type belt winding wheel or motor. (5) During operation, do not stretch your finger in the thread take-up cover, under/around the needle or in belt wheel accessories. (6) If there is need to install devices such as belt guard, finger guard, eye guard and so on, do not operate the machine when installing these devices.

Notes before starting operations:
(1) If there is an oil groove in machine’s oil tray, it must be filled in before conducting any operations. (2) If the machine is lubricated by oil feeder, it must be lubricated before conducting any operations. (3) When starting a new sewing machine, it is necessary to check whether direction of rotation of the belt pulley is correct after turning
on the power (from the view of belt pulley's position, it must be rotating counterclockwise). (4) Check whether voltage and phases (single-phase or three-phase) of the machine is corresponding to the nameplate.

Notes for operating conditions:
1） Avoid abnormal operation under high temperature (≥35℃) of low temperature (≤5℃). 2） Avoid dusty operating condition.

3. Oiling
Machine operation must be conducted after oiling all parts that need lubrication as well as oil reservoir. Otherwise, do not open the machine, even if it is used for test and/or idle operation. (See in Figure 1.)

4. Threading Threading based on the route (See in Figure 2.).According to sewing material, confirm tension of needle stitch and shuttle stitch.

5. Feed Dog Lift According to sewing material, confirm lift of the feed dog. Loosen the screw, adjust it to the required lift between 1.5-2mm (See in Figure 3.).
6. Needle Needle of the machine is standard 794 or DYĂ—3 (Standard No.24-No.26). When changing the needle, clearance between reciprocating shuttle base pad and reciprocating shuttle pad must be regulated.
7. Types of Zigzag Seam By changing cam (1), change type of zigzag seam from 1 step to 2 steps, 3 steps and straight. Loosen the screw (2), remove the cam (1)
and then exchange the required cam (See in Figure 4.).

8. Backward Feeding and Stitch Compensation Press backward feeding switch (1) to realize backward feeding by operators. Press stitch compensation switch to compensate one or multiple stitches (See Figure 5.).
9. Zigzag Seam Width and Stitch Length

Loosen nut (1), set the width of zigzag seam within 0 to 12 mm. After completing adjustment, tighten nut (1) (See Figure 6.). Loosen nut (3), adjust stitch length by nut (2) within 0 to 10mm. After completing adjustment, tighten nut (3) (See Figure 7.).
10. Operation Backward feeding, presser foot lifting and thread puller dragging are all realized by pneumatic valve (See Figure 8.).

At first, position the equipment (See Figure 9.). Mark the pipes as A, B, C, etc in sequence (See Figure 10.).Then, connect pipes (See Figure 10.) to connector of the control equipment (See Figure 9.) in order (mark as A, B, C, etc). At last, plug in the plug in motor (See Figure 9.).
