本设备主要用于床垫绗缝面料，超厚布料的锁边，并可自动将连于床褥边缘的无纺 布缝紧于面料上，其具有如下特点： HIGHTEX-CM-FL007 High lift heavy duty flanging machine is a special designed for light, medium & heavy flanger work of mattress. Powerful top belt feeding and high needle bar for extra stroke for your thick materials. Suitable for quilted material up to 70mm in depth (subject to filling density). 1、采用日本重机（JUKI）机头、双栓直针设计. 2、机头具全自动供油系统，可充分润滑每一运转部分. 3、按钮式调整疏密，不需要更换凸轮，操作简单. 4、具针线冷却装置使用白矿油冷却及润滑，有助于避免断针、断线、跳线等现象. 5、采用双针五线同步，配备强力齿轮式送布系统，车缝时送料精确，缝线美观， 并可消除布料在缝制过程中发生皱褶现象. 6、厚薄面料可轻易转换。 7、采用进口电子定位马达及控制器控制车缝速度. 8、采用气动控制压脚的自动提升，采用编码器控制针位. 9、运行平稳，噪音低。
