Equality and non-discrimination
As a part of the stakeholder assessment has it been identified that equality and non-discrimination is an important topic. This has led to an action to perform a risk assessment with Norwegian Transparency act during 2023.
Ovum acknowledge the importance of diversity and equality and are actively working with steady and robust recruitment processes as well as maintaining and developing internal talent.
The management in Ovum establishes strategies, policies and procedures with the purpose to influence and set the standard for positive internal work with diversity and non-discrimination behavior.
