I Cultural change
Cultural change: Soyons UNI We are collectively committed to providing responsible, consistent and coherent services. Guided by our Purpose and core values, we continue to move forward to ensure that UNI remains sustainable and relevant in its role as a financial cooperative in the 2020s. Throughout 2021, UNI ambassadors trained some 100 managers to accurately and appropriately use the 3 core values and to be change leaders in their teams.
Promesse-client: A member and client culture with a consistent approach We support members and clients in managing their personal finances, through our commitment to the client promise. We put our core values into action through a couple key phrases that may seem simple but reflect the trust between all UNI stakeholders: How can I help you? I’ll take care of it!
