TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Packages are subject to availability deposits of:

• £20.00 per person will be required for Putting on the Glitz and Christmas Day Bookings.

• £10.00 per person for Restaurant and Private Dinners.

• £5.00 per person will be required for Drinks and Light Bites.

• All deposits are non refundable and required no later than 14 days after initial enquiry.

• If a deposit is not received within 14 days, then your booking will be cancelled.

• All Alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing.

• All Monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable. We regret that should your party decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks or accommodation.

• Balance and Final details on all parties are due no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

• Menu Pre-orders, including dietary requirements are due no later than 2 weeks prior to your party date.

• Any Parties that are booked after Friday 3rd November require immediate payment in full.

• The Hotel reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers.

• The Management reserves the right, in unusual circumstances or in case of under subscription, to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund given.

• Beverages of any kind are not permitted to be brought into the hotel by the event guests or clients.

• We regret that definite table arrangements cannot be guaranteed however every effort will be made to accommodate the client’s wishes.
