Those looking for something unique can head over to MasterChef, the TV Experience at Millennium Place Marina for a dinner with family, friends and loved ones, on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

Diners are invited to a remarkable brunch filled with delightful holiday favourites and a live carving station serving mouthwatering cuts of turkey. Offering a traditional festive menu that features seasonal classics, experience a culinary journey with unlimited sharing-style starters, a choice of one delectable main and unlimited desserts, prepared by Head Chef Margarita Vaamond.

For appetisers, savour Chicken Liver Pâté’, a pairing of raisin-walnut bread toasts, sultanas and raisins with sumac marshmallow, as well as the Asparagus, Kumquats and Lemon; a spectacular combination of seared white and green asparagus, confit lemon and butter emulsion, asparagus and parmesan purée, lemon gel, confit kumquats and mixed leaves completed with parmesan shavings.

When it’s time for entrées, choose from the Turkey Morello & Marsala Scallopini; a serving of orange-scented potatoes with Morello cherry-marsala gravy, all-spiced braised walnuts and seared brussel sprouts, or the Braised Short Rib featuring a delicious demi-glace accompanied by sweet corn purée, gingerbread crumb, green peas and red currants. Prefer fish? Try the Salmon en Papillote comprising winter veggies, potato tuile, mache, pomegranate and pecans salad, Maltaise sauce and red tobiko.

End the marvellous feast with Tres Leches Cake and the Nutella Yule Log; a sumptuous sponge cake roll generously filled with Nutella, espresso syrup, whipped mascarpone and dark chocolate.
