Organic Hemp Seed Oil: We use 100% Certified Organic Hemp Seed Oil which includes very low levels of CBD and all the health properties associated. Hemp oil is massively anti-inflammatory so perfect for City dwellers and it is high in the Omega 6 essential fatty acid and Linoleic acid.
Avocado oil: We use lots of Avocado oil which improves heart health and reduces blood pressure. Avocado oil enhances the absorption of important nutrients. Avocado oil neutralizes free radicals.

Turmeric and Black Pepper: The biopiperines increase absorption of curcumin up to 10 times.
Lemon and green tea: Lemon draws out the antioxidants, sorbet? Ice cream?
Broccoli and tomatoes: It’s a synergistic cancer-fighting effect we can all benefit from -- but for maximum effect, you’ve got to fix tomatoes and broccoli just right. The phytonutrients in tomatoes become more concentrated and bioavailable when tomatoes are cooked into a sauce or paste and are eaten with a little oil. Cook broccoli as little as possible, its the opposite.
Fish cooked with wine: Helps bring out the omegas into an absorbable form.
Apples and raspberries: More anti-oxidants released, this is great synergy.
Green Vegetables and citrus: Any iron sources such as green vegetables will have great synergy with vitamin c rich foods, spinach and orange salad or kale and with a good squeeze of lemon.

Spinach and beets: Iron and vit c again! Grill all red meats with rosemary: Bitter herbs such as rosemary protect against the carcinogenic effects of mailard browning in meats.
Beef and carrot: Vitamin A in the carrots is best absorbed when bound to a protein. Plus the beef delivers an extra dose of zinc, which protects against weakening of the immune system.
Apples and red wine: Apples contain an anti-inflammatory flavonoid called quercetin, while red wine contains the flavonoid catechin. Together, they work to prevent blood clots and improve cardiovascular functioning.
Blueberry and grapes: Mixed together actually have a greater antioxidant response than one fruit eaten on its own.

Our chickens are free range living on a diet with no nasties. They are therefore a leaner cut and lower in fat than battery hens. We always drizzle our meat with booster oils as we serve. A Few more facts ... Our ginger is home pickled as many commercial products contain colouring and preservatives.
We use honey and dates to sweeten our foods. We use pink Himalayan salt and Malvern sea salt because they alkalize the body, balance blood sugars, eliminate mucus build up, increase energy and improve brain function.
We make our own coconut yoghurt as it has great antibacterial and antiviral activities, also associated with a reduction in bad cholesterol.
We use Goats milk and butter because it is easier to digest and has many essential minerals, vitamins and plenty of calcium. It also enhances iron and calcium absorption in the body.
We use unpasteurized apple cider vinegar because it contains beneficial bacteria.
