CPL CONCORDIA svolge il servizio di Compliance Regolatoria per le Public Utilities e società di vendita di gas naturale ed energia elettrica.

Obiettivi CPL dispone di un servizio apposito rivolto al continuo studio e aggiornamento delle numerose normative emanate dall’Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente e dagli altri enti competenti nell’ambito dei mercati del gas naturale, dell’energia elettrica e del sistema idrico integrato.

Team e formazione CPL negli anni ha costituito un team di consulenti esperti nel campo delle problematiche dei settori energetici: compito di tale gruppo è principalmente quello di informare in modo tempestivo

i clienti su ogni nuova norma o modifica di quelle esistenti.

Audit Per gli argomenti di maggior rilievo, i consulenti di CPL sono altresì disposti ad organizzare corsi formativi e/o incontri di approfondimento di una o più giornate con i clienti interessati.

Clienti Il team di consulenza, inoltre, provvede a informare i clienti sui vari obblighi a cui gli stessi sono tenuti nei confronti dei vari Enti (ARERA, CSEA, Agenzia Dogane, Agenzia Entrate, Acquirente Unico).

Per le società che utilizzano le soluzioni software di CPL per il Billing e la Distribuzione Gas (“MUBI” e “DIGAS”) il nostro team è in grado di gestire l’intera filiera di tali adempimenti, dall’estrazione e verifica dei dati direttamente sui sistemi del cliente fino al caricamento diretto delle informazioni sui portali dei vari enti preposti. A questo proposito si precisa tuttavia che il Servizio di Consulenza non implica necessariamente l’acquisto/ noleggio dei software di CPL.

CPL CONCORDIA offers a Regulatory Compliance service for Public Utilities and companies that sell natural gas and electricity.

Objectives

Customers

CPL has a department dedicated to analysing and staying up-to-date on the many regulations issued by the Italian Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment and by other authorities for the natural gas, electricity and water markets.

The consulting team informs customers of the mandatory fulfilments required by the different authorities, such as ARERA (Italian Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment), CSEA (Energy and Environmental Services Fund), Italian Customs Agency, Italian Revenue Office, National Energy Procurement Company). For those companies that use CPL’s Billing and Gas Distribution software solutions (“MUBI” and “DIGAS”), our team takes care of the whole process to fulfil such requirements, from data extraction and verification directly in customer’s systems, through to uploading such information in the authorities’ portals. On a last note, customers who use the Consulting Service do not have to purchase or lease CPL’s software products.

Team & Training Over the years, CPL has set up a team of experienced consultants with indepth knowledge of the industry, tasked with informing customers of any new regulations or changes to existing ones in a timely manner.

Audit CPL’s consultants are also ready to hold training courses and/or oneday or longer workshops on the most significant topics for customers who are interested.
