REQUIREMENTS The management and maintenance of the systems of the head office of Elsag Datamat in Genoa, which consists of two buildings with a total of almost 60,000 square meters of covered surface area: 37,000 square meters of offices, 6,000 square meters of warehouses, and 10,000 square meters of workshops and production facilities. Besides the head office located in Genoa (province of Liguria), in the future CPL CONCORDIA will also manage Elsag properties located in Rozzano (Milano Fiori), Bologna, and Rome for a total of a further 35,000 square meters.
FEATURES OF THE SERVICE the management and maintenance of the systems: operation of the mechanical and electrical systems and of the data processing center, with the support of a dedicated contact center replacement of the obsolete technological systems with highefficiency machines installation of heat recovery units in the systems for cooling the various rooms housing the servers of the companies belonging to the Group renovation and expansion of the corporate data processing center, complete overhaul of
the electrical and airconditioning systems, and expansion of the structured wiring and fiber-optic cabling. All of this is to be accomplished without interrupting any activities.
