Endless local products with which all the dishes on The Beach menu are prepared. Cadiz taco made with Almadraba tuna and marinade, guacamole and Dutch onion; La Reserva salad, served with organic tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, carrot, tuna, green asparagus and beetroot; black rice with cuttlefish and monkfish accompanied by aioli; Osaka ceviche with a dashi and garum base accompanied by corn, pickled onion and tender shoots; spicy red tuna tartare; a great variety of sushi: makis, nigiris, temakis and uramakis; Grilled octopus with truffled puree, low temperature egg and La Vera paprika’s powder are some of the dishes that can be found on the menu.
