STEP 1. VISIT cqbeverages.com/theprogram & CHOOSE THE DELIVERY FREQUENCY Each CQ Infused Beverage System comes with your commitment to purchase CQ’s proprietary purees. For daily use in your lobby, spa or club level lounge, subscribe to our every thirty (30) or every forty-five (45) day delivery. For banquet use, choose our every ninety (90) day delivery. You can switch programs any time or leave by giving us notice and returning our equipment within fifteen (15) days.

STEP 2. CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF DISPENSERS Choose the number of CQ Infused Beverage Containers you need. We’ve even got back up components to help you keep your program running in case of a literal taste explosion. It’s everything you need to create, display and serve the finest infused beverages in the world.

STEP 3. CHOOSE YOUR CQ PUREE FLAVORS Choose which of our seven purees (Lemon, Strawberry, Mango, Peach, Passion Fruit, Red Raspberry Pomegranate and Black Raspberry Açaí) that you’ll use to create our signature CQ Spa Waters, Infused Waters, Juice Infusions, Infused Iced Teas, Infused Lemonades and Infused Cocktail Mixers. Each case contains ten 32 fl. oz “zero carbon footprint” pouches.

How it works The Cliffs Notes version goes like this: by combining our simple, yet revolutionary, patent pending beverage system with our CQ Purees, you’ll be able to transform your existing water, iced tea, lemonade, sparkling soda and juice into a variety of specialty infused beverages. The devil’s in the details though and that’s why we’ve created simple, pictorial recipes and whiteboard explainer videos on everything from the program overview to sales and employee training strategies.

What it costs How does “very little” sound? Cause that’s what it is. The approximate cost to serve a 3.5-gallon dispenser of happiness ranges between $7.50 and $30.00, depending on which type of beverage you are creating. Recipes like our Infused Cocktail Mixers call for 2 puree pouches while the others call for 1 or even a 1/2 pouch. It’s about $7.50/dispenser for CQ Spa Waters, $15.00/dispenser for banquet beverages including CQ Infused Waters, Iced Teas, Lemonades & Juice Infusions and $30.00/dispenser for CQ Infused Cocktail Mixers. So relax, and have a drink!

Ensuring brand standards We maintain ownership of all CQ Infused Beverage Systems. If there is a defect, let us know immediately and we’ll swap out the part. Our parts have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer’s defects.

Equipment exchange/swap program We always want you to look your best. So if a part breaks or deteriorates DON’T throw it away! It’s your ticket to receiving an exchange part. The exchange process is simple: 1. Submit our “Replace Equipment” form 2. Print the CQ provided FedEx RMA label 3. Lost, stolen or unreturned equipment fees We incorporate strict financial consequences for unreturned equipment into every CQ agreement simply because the incorrect or unauthorized use of our equipment (i.e. being filled simply with water or beverages that do not contain the proper mixtures of CQ Purees) can directly damage our brand, your brand, and our customers. We DO NOT cover gross negligence, loss or theft and all CQ customers are responsible for paying the CQ Infused Beverage System Fees for any lost, stolen or unreturned equipment. CQ Lemon Cucumber Infused Water 1/2 pouch recipe will fill our 3.5-gallon beverage dispenser twice

1 Ingredients

• 1/2 Pouch of CQ Lemon Puree • 9 Hard Lemons - 44 slices • 2 Large Cucumbers - 12 long slices • 3 Gallons of Filtered Water

USING A SLICER OR MANDOLIN ONLY, cut a test slice and compare it to the CQ Slicer Key/Wand’s handle. Adjust your slicer or mandolin until your slices match the thickness of the CQ Slicer Key/Wand. Once calibrated, slice up all ingredients as necessary.

3 Decorating the Beverage Dispenser To set the insert in place, position a slice at each corner of the jar between the insert and the jar. Use the CQ Slicer Key/ Wand to push the slices all the way down. Decorate the rest of the jar using the CQ Slicer Key/Wand to position the remaining slices as shown in the picture.

4 Infusing the Water

Using the CQ Slicer Key/Wand to measure the water level, fill the CQ Mixing Bucket with 3 gallons of cold, filtered water. Add 1/2 pouch of CQ Puree and stir. Next, place a metal strainer in the mixing bucket and muddle any remaining slices. This technique will ensure that no pieces end up blocking the spigot later.

5 Filling, Serving & Refreshing Fill the beverage container to the top with ice cubes (about 10 lbs.) and add the CQ Infused Water. To refresh, add equal amounts of ice & CQ Infused Water.

CQ Red Raspberry Pomegranate Orange Infused WaterAid® 1 pouch recipe will fill our 3.5-gallon beverage dispenser twice

• 1 Pouch of CQ Red Raspberry Pomegranate Fruit Puree • 7 Hard Navel Oranges - 48 slices • 3 Gallons of Filtered Water

1 Ingredients

• 1 Pouch of CQ Lemon Puree • 6 Hard Lemons - 32 slices • 12 Fresh Mint Stalks • 3 Gallons of Freshly Brewed Iced Tea (Chilled)

Next, place a metal strainer in the mixing bucket and muddle any remaining lemon slices & mint. This technique will ensure that no fruit pieces end up blocking the spigot later.

5 Filling, Serving & Refreshing Fill the beverage container to the top with ice cubes (about 10 lbs.) and add the CQ Lemon Mint Infused Iced Tea. To refresh, add equal amounts of ice & CQ Lemon Mint Infused Iced Tea.

• 1 Pouch of CQ Black Raspberry Açaí Puree • 6 Hard Naval Oranges - 32 slices • 3 Gallons of Lemonade

CQ Peach Grape Ginger Juice Infusion 1 pouch recipe will fill our 3.5-gallon beverage dispenser twice

1 Ingredients

• 1 Pouch of CQ Peach Puree • 4 Hard Peaches - 16 slices • 2 Large Pieces of Ginger Root - 8 slices

• 1.5 Gallons of Filtered Water • 1.5 Gallons of White Grape Juice

*Dip the peach slices in lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

3 Decorating the Beverage Dispenser To set the insert in place, position a ginger and peach slice at each corner of the jar between the insert and the jar. Use the CQ Slicer Key/Wand to push the slices all the way down. Decorate the rest of the jar using the CQ Slicer Key/Wand to position the remaining slices as shown in the picture.

4 Infusing the Juice

Using the CQ Slicer Key/Wand to measure the beverage level, fill the CQ Mixing Bucket with 1.5 gallons of cold, filtered water and 1.5 gallons of white grape juice. Add 1 pouch of CQ Peach Puree and stir. Next, place a metal strainer in the mixing bucket and muddle any remaining peach and ginger slices. This technique will ensure that no fruit pieces end up blocking the spigot later.

5 Filling, Serving & Refreshing Fill the beverage container to the top with ice cubes (about 10 lbs.) and add the CQ Peach Grape Ginger Juice Infusion. To refresh, add equal amounts of ice & CQ Peach Grape Ginger Juice Infusion.

CQ Mint Julep Infused Cocktail Mixer 2 pouches will fill our 3.5 gallon beverage dispenser twice

1 Ingredients

• 2 Pouches of CQ Lemon Puree • 6 Hard Lemons • 12 Mint Stalks • 3 Gallons of Filtered Water

Next, place a metal strainer in the mixing bucket and muddle any remaining lemon slices and mint. This technique will ensure that no fruit pieces end up blocking the spigot later.

5 Filling, Serving & Refreshing Fill the beverage container to the top with ice cubes (about 10 lbs.) and add the CQ Mint Julep Mixer. To refresh, add equal amounts of ice & CQ Mint Julep Mixer. To serve: Fill a highball glass with ice. Add a shot of bourbon and fill with CQ Mint Julep Mixer. Stir & garnish.

Refresh, Refrigerate & Infuse (Spa Water & Infused Water Only)

CQ Infused Waters will hold for 2-3 days when you follow these simple instructions: At the end of the day, refresh the beverage dispenser with CQ Infused Water and refrigerate. Do not refrigerate the bases or attempt to preserve CQ Infused Iced Teas, Lemonades, Juice Infusions or Cocktail Mixers.

Cleanup & Storage First, empty the beverage container’s ice and liquid into the sink. Next, manually remove the insert by sliding it upwards or by reaching into the jar by the spigot cutout to get a secure grip on the edge of the insert. Pull up and slide the insert out and the fruit will softly fall to the bottom of the jar, making it easy to dump into your compost bin. To clean any stubborn fruit residue, lay the beverage container on a cotton rag and scrub the inside of the beverage container using another cotton rag with warm water and soap. Note: USE ONLY COTTON RAGS! Anything else may permanently scratch or damage your CQ equipment. Next, load all plastic parts into the dishwasher. Let air-dry then reassemble and store in a secure case or room. Do not place the stainless steel or bamboo bases into the dishwasher. Instead, hand clean them with appropriate cleaner.
