Courtesy Bus A courtesy bus will run from Devonport and Burnie city centres to Ulverstone to transport delegates to and from the dinner. Departing at 6.00pm and returning at 11.30pm. Catherine DeVrye – best-selling author, Australian Executive Woman of the Year and 2010 Australian Keynote Speaker of the Year. Catherine worked for a decade with IBM. Following two years in Japan as Asia Pacific Headquarters Personnel Manager, she returned to Australia with a heightened awareness and commitment to quality customer service. Best-selling author, columnist and frequent broadcaster, she has shared the platform with the Prime Ministers of 3 countries and President of the Business Council of Australia. James Luddington – Associate Director, Brian Dermott and Associates. James has been working for BDA Marketing Planning since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from The University of Melbourne, specialising in Marketing and Management. James’ core responsibility is to manage staff and client programs to ensure outstanding and timely project results. James has a management role in the ongoing strategic partnerships with government and tourism industry operators in Tasmania. Roger Grant – Executive Director, Geelong Otway Tourism Inc. A former winner of the Victorian Tourism Awards for Outstanding Contribution by an Individual, Roger has an impressive history with the Victorian tourism industry most notably in his current role and as Chairman of Great Ocean Road Marketing.
