CityRAP Tool

The United-Nations Human Settlement Programme set out the CityRAP Tool in order to set out a guide to train authorities, stakeholders and communities how to develop resilience in their city. They teach through 4 phases (fig.10) and end by developing an example framework which we will be looking at in this report. (fig.9) This is more commonly used on less developed cities, targeting smaller communities with little outside assistance. The evaluation framework revolves around 5 pillars. These then funnel down to 3 priorities.
