Craig Mitchell Smith has owned and operated his own gallery since 2010 and has been represented by several galleries in his 7 years of glass making. His work has been exhibited as the featured artist at Disney’s Epcot Center International Flower and Garden Festival in 2013 and 2014. Solo shows at major American botanic gardens include the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, Norfolk Botanical Garden, Dow Gardens and Michigan State University. Craig Mitchell Smith was curated into a show in 2011, “The Art of Text” at the Krasl Art Center alongside such luminaries as Robert Rauschenberg, Jean Michel Basquiat, Jenny Holzer, Barbara Kruger and Andy Warhol. In 2014, Craig Mitchell Smith tripled the size of his production facility and is now prepared to bring his work to a wider audience.
