Our Story Deli-cious OnTap Oils & Vinegars was founded nearly a decade ago by three good friends and self-confessed 'foodies', with an appetite for culinary innovation. Already running our own busy and successful delicatessen, and inspired by what we had encountered on our travels throughout Europe searching for new and exciting products to bring back to England, we returned and decided to create and offer a unique concept for retailing oils and vinegars 'From the Tap'. Much of our inspiration was drawn from the traditional ways in which artisan producers sell their oils, vinegars and wines to this day, but we also added our own uniquely Deli-cious contemporary twist, and made it more suitable for today's speciality fine food retailer. We have been supplying delicatessens, farm shops, food halls, butchers, farmer's markets, online businesses and more with our products for many years, and have firmly established ourselves as the nations favourite and most popular OnTap supplier. Our OnTap retailing system is both visually stunning and designed to be totally customisable to suit any business size or budget. Products with Provenance We offer the largest selection of quality OnTap Oils & Vinegars in the UK. Many of these are made exclusively for us by family-run, artisan producers. They use only natural ingredients, and prepare them in small batches to guarantee optimum freshness and shelf-life. We also work closely with a small selection of partner producers, who share our passion for creating excellent tasting product using only real ingredients and traditional methods of production.
Deli-cious Flavoured Vinegars Produced in the famous winemaking region of the Mosel. Our extensive range of award winning vinegars are expertly crafted, by a wine-making family with over 15 generations of experience and production history. Premium quality white wine vinegars, infused with natural fruit juices, real fruit pulps and other natural extracts, result in excellent flavours & expressive aromas. Their soft, fruity acidity makes them suited for so many uses.

Deli-cious Flavoured Oils Created using premium quality Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sourced from an estate in sun-drenched Catalunya. The freshly harvested oil pressed from Arbequina, Picual & Hojiblanca olives, is slowly cold-infused with natural essential oils extracted from herbs, citrus fruits, spices and other flavours. These are excellent finishing & dressing oils with superb but subtle balanced flavours.

Deli-cious British Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oils Grown, harvested, cold-pressed and bottled for Deli-cious on the Froggatt farm estate in the rolling Staffordshire countryside of England. This family have farmed at the Hill Ridware estate for four generations. Their award winning, light and nutty tasting oils are achieved with a unique triple-filter process, which gives a real difference in flavour. Using only natural essential oils to infuse, there is even a locally oak-smoked variety.

Deli-cious Balsamic Vinegars of Modena, Italy Hand-crafted in Italy by a highly acclaimed artisan producer, whose family have been making their Balsamic vinegars for well over a century. Carefully aged in barrels made of Cherry, Oak, Chestnut, Juniper & Mulberry woods, each imparting a unique flavour note until they reach the perfect balance of colour, density, aroma and bittersweet flavour. All our Balsamic Vinegars of Modena are I.G.P. certified.
