WORLD SCHOLAR’S CUP

The WSC programme is a celebration of learning. Students study an interesting and contemporary curriculum. They then compete in teams of 3 against other schools in 4 different events - team debate, collaborative writing, scholars' challenge and scholars' bowl. We entered 5 teams from St Teresa's and Cranmore from Years 7-9 for the competition.

We hosted 10 schools from across the home counties and even an international school from Geneva, Switzerland.

All our teams qualified for the global round. The Year 9 team of Isabel C, Katy H and Daisy S came 2nd overall in the junior division. Isabel was the top scorer in the junior division team debate event and her skills were displayed during the showcase debate.
