Costa Rica Convention Center (CRCC)

With 161,500 square feet (15,000 square meters) of space, the CRCC offer the most advanced design with an ecological construction using glass roofing to reduce electricity consumption, rainwater recycling systems, auto shutoff faucets, high efficiency air conditioning, LED lighting and 108,000 square feet (10,000 square meters) of solar panels to power the facilities.

LOCATION

The center is located 5 miles (8 kilometers) from the Juan Santamaría International Airport and 12 miles (10 km) from the center of San José, in the province of Heredia. It can be accessed from the General Cañas Highway.

SPACE AND SERVICES

The CRCC offer a roofed and air conditioned area of 43,000 square feet (4,000 square meters) for exhibits and over 17,000 square feet (1,600 square meters) for conferences. It have VIP meeting rooms, a press room, a registration office, a foyer area, and service areas including kitchens, corridors, bathrooms and restaurants.
