The winery is nestled in a small mountain village of the Southern of Spain, a place marked by tradition and craftsmanship and cradle of the first Gutiérrez dela Vega wines.
The evolution from that beginning until now is visible, renewal and innovation is clearly perceptible not only in wines, but also in the architectural aesthetics, the
design of labels and the bottles, although always maintaining the authenticity of the beginning.
Everything is taken care of in detail; the barrel set is projected in a cave excavated underground with walls of living stone that give it the humidity and the temperature for the optimal state of the wine.
