You will learn how to make a Lambeth style piped cake with a sugar paste David Austin rose. Students will work with a two tiers dummy cake.

Description During both classes: each student will work in a professionally equipped work station. The class will be taught in English. A light lunch and tea breaks will be offered to participants. Each student will receive a certificate of attendance.
Courses fees The fee for each class is: 250 Euros Use of all material and tools, light lunch, tea breaks, certificate of attendance are all included in the fee.
