Creative Download was launched by Iain Kimmins; a Visual Merchandising professional with an outstanding history in the industry. His career includes the department stores Harrods and Selfridges in London and as Head of Visual Merchandising for Tangs in Singapore. He has also worked on retail projects based in Shanghai, New York, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland.

We work for a number of independent pharmacy stores which are High Street based.
As part of the VM Package, we develop concepts and loan out various props from our display studio and storage containers which are like an Aladdin’s Cave!
Our work involves working with an assortment of merchandise which include Food, Wine, Gifts and even plants
The Windsor Horse Show May 2024
With the help of designers, this year we have designed fixtures and Pop-Up units for several clients, which have been designed and manufactured to ourspecifications.
It’s great to see rough sketches turned into Auto Cad drawings then to the factory for construction then finally on the shop floor.
Our client Jashanmal, based in Dubai, has stores across the Middle East. With regular visits, Creative Download ensures the delivery of new and exciting retail theatre to the stores in Dubai and multiple sites across the region.
Earlier in the year, we undertook a project to refresh the flagship store at Dubai Mall. This saw new fixtures being built and the existing wall bays, shelving and floor fixtures being wrapped in granite grey vinyl to give the store a fresh crisp look and feel.
Creative Download work for a number of Visitor Attraction centres which include: Denbies Vineyard in Dorking, Savill Garden in Windsor Great Park and The Natural History Museum in South Kensington.
