Welcome to Motorvogue’s first newsletter which we are hoping to produce every quarter in future. Our intention is to provide information that you will find interesting as we update you with events and changes within each of the franchises we represent and also our own company. It is exciting times for FIAT with the recently launched new Bravo and we have three different demonstrator models for you to try at your leisure. The new FIAT 500 does not arrive in the UK until the end of 2007 but as you can see from the photograph overleaf we have purchased a left hand drive version from Italy and we are able to preview the car to our customers now. (See inside the newsletter for details of the models and latest offers). SEAT latest models include the 240PS Leon Cupra 2.0 TFSI, the most powerful SEAT production car ever and we have a demonstrator vehicle for you to test drive. Also the latest limited edition Ibiza is called the Formula Sport at just £8995. This is based on the 1.4 sport but with a 100PS engine (an extra 15PS) with exclusive interior trim and five spoke alloy wheels. (See inside the newsletter for details of latest offers). Alfa Romeo have introduced a new model for the 159 range, the T.I. The specification includes 19” alloys, leather sports upholstery with exclusive T.I detailing throughout the car. All these extra options add just £750 to the equivalent Lusso model! We are also waiting for details of a 147 sporting limited edition to be introduced in late August. MOTORVOGUE AFTER SALES In order to concentrate more management effort on to customer care and our relationship with customers, our most valued asset, we have re-organised our after sales department and appointed Del Scott to the position of Customer Service Manager. He reports directly to Bob Cottee, our Aftersales Director, for customer relationships. These responsibilities include all reception staff, collection and delivery service, loan cars and customer queries/issues. Del joined us at the beginning of August after 11 years experience as a senior reception engineer with Bells Motor Group. Also from 1st August we have created a new waiting room for our Alfa Romeo and Fiat service customers away from the hustle and bustle of the main service reception area. This new room is situated at the top of the stairs leading from reception to our Alfa Romeo & Fiat showrooms. The new area contains comfortable seating, television, complimentary tea and coffee and a children’s play area. We have also provided two desks with internet access for those customers who may wish to carry on with some work while waiting for their car. We believe these new arrangements will help us achieve the goal of EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER CARE.
