Dear CWCMA and NICE Friends & Colleagues: On behalf of the CWCMA and NICE Officers and Directors, we want to take this time to welcome you to Bally's Las Vegas for the 2014 CWCMA/NICE Annual Conference. Thank you for your attendance and continued support of both CWCMA and NICE. Michael Boody, 2013-2014 CWCMA 1st Vice President, has compiled a program that includes presentations from: - Michael Gorman - Subscriber Membership Model - Mike Zinser - Legal Update and discussion of pricing models - Aaron Kotarek - Audience Engagement - Evan Mecak - Subscriber Data Analytics - Jessica George - AAM Update - Thomas Ratovich - Audience Development We are very excited about this conference and confident that you will find tremendous value in the program and most definitely have many ideas to take home with you! As you embark on the next couple of days we encourage you to become engaged in the conference. Share with us your thoughts on the program and the topics that are presented. CWCMA and NICE have provided you with the program and topics that are current and relevant to our industry. We hope that you will be an engaged participant in the program. The best show of support for the topic presented is to have engagement from the audience. The more engaged we all are the more we all learn and the more we take from away. The conference is a great place to network as well. In addition to saying "hello" to those that you know make it your goal to reach out and meet some new colleagues. Whether they be from another newspaper or are one of our business partners. You can never have too many connections. This conference would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors and business partners advertising in the CWCMA/NICE Buyer's guide. The guide has always been a great resource for newspapers seeking best-in-class providers for all types of products and services. We encourage everyone to spend some quality time with our sponsors during the conference and our "Meet Our Partners" sessions. Our partners offer specialized skill sets that we help increase your market share, decrease your expenses and reward your audience members. Last, but definitely not least, we “Thank our current CWCMA and NICE Executives and Board of Directors for all they have done over the past 12 months to help us plan this conference. A big "Thank You" to CWCMA Executive Director Blake Webber who has been instrumental in planning and carrying out this conference. Sincerely, Craig Webber, CWCMA Acting President and Advertising Chairperson Wyatt Gardiner, NICE President
