Posts on social media should be reflective of our brand personality—utilizing an upbeat and sometimes even humorous tone that reminds our consumer of their motivations for riding. Whether it be for fun or fitness, the joy of mountain biking is simple and uncomplicated. Also keeping in mind our target market, use key words and language that are familiar to introductory riders. For example, a Haro post might say “Check out how Haro MTB handles on the trail!” rather than “Check out Haro MTB bombing the San Juan Trail!” And remember, trending hashtags play a great role in boosting your visibility. At the very least, all Haro MTB posts should end in #refusetofollow.
