Idea books, logo items, Stamp of the Month sets, and Constant Campaign or other promotional items cannot be exchanged.) Standard shipping fees apply for the replacement order. In an exchange, the customer is responsible for postage necessary to return the item to Close To My Heart and any price difference between the Close To My Heart products being returned and the price of the new products ordered.
