FOREWORD
M I N DFU L This past month, I asked our collective a very simple question: how are you, what are you struggling with? Time and overwhelm came up for so many people, which truly made me realise we do not value our time enough. Not just our time really. As June approaches (you could say it brings a slightly different Summer than usual), I found myself thinking about really what I have learned to appreciate in the past 3 months. My breath has surely been something that has helped me massively in my troubled mental health journey. Something I may not talk about often, yet mindfulness has been one of the few things that helped me when I needed to center and calm down. I simply came back to the breath. Again, and again. I am so excited to explore
mindfulness and mental health with our cover boy Richie Bostock (a man who trained with the one and only Wim Hof), as well as the incredible ladies behind the Feel Good Club. I personally love their quote from the piece: “Being kind never killed anyone”. As the hustlers you know us as, we are adding two new sections to the magazine: a wellbeing and a food section, as well as our existing pro section, this month all about TikTok. Talking about TikTok, has been refreshing to see how the social network is favouring conversations around mental health and kindness. Remember, kindness comes in many shapes and forms, and that is truly the beauty of it. Over to you know: what can you do every week to inspire more kindness online and offline?

FAB’S FAVES PODCASTS Recently, I have been loving the Buffer podcast. It’s the best way to keep up to date with everything marketing.
NAILED IT When it comes to mindless TV, I have been binging furiously Netflix’s Nailed It. It’s funny, it’s outrageous, and it’s cakes. Nuff said.
#CHALLENGES Are you already on TikTok? This month’s issue will show you everything you need to know - don’t forget to follow us at @creativeimpactco
