This does not mean that children have to work on hard and vigorous things but it would be good way to make them feel responsible and grown up and also make them much needed work out by joining them in small works around the house. So next time you need to get your backyard dig, ask your kids to help you out. Same goes for lawn mowing and other such activities. Ask your kids to extend a helping hand and then appreciate their effort. The aim is to make them get some physical activity not to get the work done.

Rolling down the hill might be a no-brainer for you but kids love it. The interesting part is that if kids want to roll down the hill, they will have to climb up as well.
