How to apply for a Grundtvig Grants: Candidates can apply for a grant through their National Agency of “Lifelong Learning Programme”. In service Training The intensive course that is designed to improve the practical skills of the participants in the mediation of conflicts, inherent in every relationship of cooperation between cultural diversity and gender (meaning for adults over 18 years and school dropouts). The general aim of this course is to improve the quality and the accessibility of learning opportunities through projects empowering and training education of staff: • NGO workers and volunteers; • education-degrees graduates; • interested in developing methods of mediation in conflict.

Lalla Facco Lalla Facco is an expert in mediation of community and trainer. Works at Università Carlo Cattaneo Liuc of Milan / Italy and other institutions. Member of the World Mediation Forum, and of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) as well as to the Medes network for mediation. Author of Numerous publications and studies on mediation.

Objectives Major European players in the field of politics of inclusion, as the European Commission or the Concil of Europe, also develop and make available strategy and efficient tools for effective cooperation. However, the flow of information between European stakeholders, it could still be improved the idea behind “ConflicLab” is to close that gap through the promotion of a truly European approach to the training of skilled people in the context of cooperation between diversity of gender, ethnic or culture. The objective of this seminar is to: ü The conquest of the role of awareness to live properly relations of cooperation; ü The experimentation of the rule as a framework and tool control within a relational and collective inclusive European vision; ü education to "active attention" to make better use of information; ü the improvement of relations of cooperation; ü the lowering of Conflict; ü the management and use of the cultural, ethnic or gender as a resource productive and positive options to generate creative solutions; ü the acquisition method of mediating usable across in any event where personal and professional conflicts situation; ü the acquisition of strategies to prevent conflict situations, to recover 4
