This garden is designed to provide an experience-based park. These days, communication in digital society really depends on the internet. Therefore, our interactions and relationships with other humans and nature is limited. In designing this garden, we offer space and material experience. Each visitor can walk from one side to the other. Every strip consists of long and fluid seating where everyone can sit and enjoy space more intimately.
In accordance to the covid-19 phenomenon, this park promotes the self-distancing program so, everyone can choose their own path but they find more private and intimate spaces in-between. The material of the seating is rattan with 3-5 cm diameter arranged in a row. Since there is a gap between the rattan. The grass or other plants can penetrate through, making this contemporary bench which is part of living nature. The coloured stone gravel material provides a marker that distinguishes each pathway.
