NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE

WHEREAS, on June 9, 2016, STACY L. HILL, by Deed of Trust of record in Trust Book T2023, at Page 1935, in the Register’s Office of Madison County, Tennessee, conveyed thefollowing described property in trust to secure the payment of a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($39,200.00), payable to COMMERCIAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; and
