Two Weeks in November written by Douglas Rogers was first published in 2019, the book is the basis of Season 01 of the series. Rogers is an award-winning author, journalist, and travel writer. In 2009, he published The Last Resort: A Memoir of Zimbabwe to critical acclaim. He was born and raised in Zimbabwe and now lives in Virginia.
