Returns
(1) No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by a Stelton Inc.
Payment

Freight Damage or Loss
applications will only be processed if accompanied by a PO.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report damage or loss claims to the delivering carrier upon arrival and to Stelton Inc within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Stelton will deny any credits if this is not followed.
