‘residential’ use conditions. Limitations & Exclusions This Warranty does not apply to damage, deterioration or colour change to the concrete products resulting from: 1. Improper installation procedures inconsistent with the Interlocking Concrete Paving Institute (ICPI) installation methodology and guidelines. 2. Breakage caused from overloading, impact or sub-grade settlement. 3. Discolouration caused by staining, improper sealing, pollution or abrasion. 4. Use of de-icing chemicals other than sodium chloride. 5. Efflorescence – this is not a material defect.
