UNIT 11 I REMEMBER MY FIRST DAY AT THE GYM

My first day at the gym That day turned out almost like our first day at school. Enter timidly, with a little embarrassment and nervousness as if we were intruders in an unknown world, the place was full of appliances, mirrors and trained bodies. What's more, I felt tiny and intimidated beside the giant muscular lifting any weights almost effortlessly.

UNIT 12 THE BEST DIET FOR GYM Sure many times going to the gym I wondered how muscles?, With this diet you'll be able to accomplish. As you will know to go to the gym without dieting will not change anything because you need a good feed, examples I'm going to count as my breakfast and lunch: BREAKFAST

Any meat you choose should not be fried.

1 cup of yogurt.

1 serving of raw or cooked vegetables.

1 cup cereal.

1 egg.

slices of bread with 100 grs.

200 grams. potatoes which should not be fried.

1 banana or apple or pear can be.

100 grams. boiled rice to natural. 1 banana or strawberry or peach.

UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS

Are words which can be counted. They have a singular form and a plural form. They usually refer to things. Most countable nouns become plural by adding an ‘s’ at the end of the word.

Are words which cannot be counted. Therefore, they only have a singular form. They have no plural forms. These words are thought of as wholes rather than as parts. They usually refer to abstractions.

UNIT 12 GRAMMAR: WOULD LIKE; SOME AND ANY Some and any can be used with both plural nouns and uncountable nouns. There is a difference in usage between some and any, which you can see here:
