Kay Armstrong, a participating artist of the Dancing Sydney Archive Project in 2019, has created a photo essay of herself entitled Faux Archives. This includes mostly black-and-white photographs of the artist and short reflections over the years of her career. This photo essay is a part of the artist's involvement in the Dancing Sydney Archive Project, as part of Dancing Sydney: Mapping Movements: Performing Histories, instigated by Erin Brannigan, Amanda Card and Julie-Anne Long, in partnership with Critical Path. Dancing Sydney Archive Project is supported by City of Sydney in 2019 & 2020.
