major project - disaster relief. tendril
Temporary refugee camps often have a tendency of becoming a way of life for communities affected by natural disasters. Tendril addresses community infrastructure by repurposing flight containers as development ‘hubs’ and providing stackable aid vehicles to assist with daily duties. Additionally, introducing educational colouring books with a scout-like reward incentive teaches children specific skills and encourages volunteer interaction. Our intention is for children to be a catalyst to benefit the community in the long term (see animation). “You have conveyed a complex subject in a very informative and intuitive way. Tendril raises some fascinating debates about community engagement and how we should be interacting with individual members of the homestead.” Malcolm Shead, Operations Coordinator, Shelterbox.

Kynren.
Production, prop and graphic design, video editting and animation ‘Kynren – an epic tale of England’ is a spectacular open-air live action night show that will take audiences on a journey through British history when it launches in July for the first of 14 action-packed and movie-like performances. I’ve been involved with different aspects of the production since 2015, from assisting the production and costume designers on props, editting timelapse videos to keep the public up to date and producing animated headers for the website.

greatness via passion. brand development
Greatness Via Passion is a campaign with one goal: to inspire dreams and reduce the suicide rate to zero. It’s founder, Paul J Grainger, speaks at events delivering inspiring presentations that impact the audience through personal experiences. Having been offered the opportunity to resume his racing career, Paul now uses this as a platform to connect with students in both the UK and Australia to instil a simple yet powerful message of hope and passion, using this dream of his and the struggles he’s overcome to inspire theirs. The work I undertook included creating a new logo to reflect the brand message, designing business cards, merchandise, a new website and other visual content.
