Contributes to UN SDGs
What is CleanFarms? Pesticide packaging plays a vital role in protecting farmers, the public as well as the environment by ensuring the safe delivery and handling of the products from the production site to the place of use. Nevertheless, once the product is used the packaging itself becomes waste. For the past 25 years1, our Industry’s Container Management Systems continue to successfully work with National Authorities, Farm Unions and licensed waste operators to establish and monitor 18 collection and recovery schemes in Europe2 and over 50 worldwide to collect and recycle3 used plastic containers.
