大磨菇

材料:

愛上巨菌 Giant Mushrooms Romance Ingredients:

大磨菇 2個 芝士片 2片 黑椒 (碎?出唔到…) 適量

預熱焗爐至200度。 弄濕廚房紙,輕輕抹乾淨大磨菇,備用。 將1片芝士放在大磨菇上面。 放入焗爐烘烤15分鐘,或至金黃色;按喜好灑上黑椒。

進階製法:

Intermediate Level:

1) 預熱焗爐至200度。 2) 弄濕廚房紙,輕輕抹乾淨大磨菇,備用。 3) 洋蔥洗淨,切粒,炒至半熟後,加入煙肉乾後繼續炒, 熄火,最後拌入碎芝士。 4) 將洋蔥、煙肉乾及碎芝士釀入大磨菇。 5) 放入焗爐烘烤15分鐘,或至金黃色;按喜好灑上黑椒。
