CRT Toolkit

Just as we hoped, last year, we were able to launch the CRT Toolkit. This online platform gives networkwide access to over 150 church leaders and their teams, providing them access to seminars, videos, and other training materials to ensure that their church can provide optimal services. With a shared resource platform, churches across the network are able to remotely access any tools they might need, whenever they need them.

With the Kids Accelerator Programme (Kids AP) and the Operations Accelerator Programme (Ops AP), we were able to give training tailored to the needs of different leaders.

Some expressed an interest in making services more accessible to children, whereas others needed some assistance with the logistical and operational tasks. There was something for everyone through the variety of courses, including Kids AP and Ops AP, and those who completed the courses gave fantastic feedback of the value of the courses they attended.

We were able to train church teams to do everything from delivering engaging and meaningful services to the youth, to giving budgeting and fundraising advice.

We hope to deliver these courses in areas of ministry that need specific attention. This year, we will be focusing on youth training.
