We are impressed with MSC This was our first cruise with MSC, having cruised with Carnival and Celebrity previously. We were a bit apprehensive having read some of the reviews about MSC Armonia but were very pleasantly surprised... Evening dining was in La Pergola where we were well looked after by Pari our waiter. There were several courses on offer but far too many for us we stuck to selecting 3/4 courses...

Purchasing the drinks package was the best decision we made as we found it excellent value and covered all that we required including the delicious italian ice creams in the afternoon!... The entertainment was quite different to what we had on other cruises but we really enjoyed the shows. They were mainly visual (due to the number of different nationalities on board) but excellent demonstrations of the entertainment team’s skills. WE THOUGHT WE HAD DONE THE BEST NOT THE CASE Royal caribbean has been out of this world for us,what a fantastic holiday, weather who cares(although it was good) the ship was great. Staff,food,entertainment,ice rink,climbing wall,flow rider the lot, just cant say enough about the ship.The staff may i add, all happy due to the fact they also seemed to like the ship and atmosphire onboard. For me i do not think i would go on the ship during school holidays as the kids would make the ship busy and this would not be very good at lunch time ect but although the ship at the time of year we went was quite full no problems at all. Fabulous ship well worth the money The ship was large and with 4000 passengers we were afraid we might get lost amongst the hoardes but there were ample places to eat and drink and chill out on deck... The 18th floor had a super adult only area with comfy loungers and beds with thick mattresses so we escaped there most days after our port calls for a bit of peace and quiet... The Beatles Show and Legends were very good- I was a bit scepticla about going as I don’t normally like this type of entertainment but I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism. The organised excursions was very expensive so we did our own thing in each port. Drinks were not a bad price... On the whole the ship was fabulous, the food and public areas excellent... A Magical Holiday We had a 9 night cruise in August with Carnival- Our ship Carnival Magic was every thing you would expect from one of the largest ships in the mediterranean this summer. We are a family of three, our son of 13 years attended Circle C club, and had the most amazing time, he felt this was a better holiday than going to Disney World... The food was very good, with good choices. We choose open dining with the freedom to eat early or late each evening. We booked our excusions through Carnival and whilst not always the cheapest way of exploring, the most convieient. With the ship sailing at various times each afternoon through out the holiday, you knew that the ship would not leave without you, unlike those passengers that made their own arrangements for tours... The evening film shows were a great addition, one that my son and husband enjoyed very much. We would reccomend this holiday to everyone that likes to have a good time for a reasonable price.
