FIRST STOREY PLAN An open concept space planning, incorporating the natural elements onto the first floor. Materials used were ones which showcases natural elements and age, such as travertine and wood.
RENDERS
The renders shows how natural light takes an important role and how it is being brought in through all . The natural lighting, natural elements and an open space planning, this will help to keep the space user at ease.
RENDERS The usage of travertine as it shows age in layers shown within this beautiful stone, which resembles life in something that is not alive.

A workstation layout concept which I call “tetris style� which defies the norm of ordinary space planning. The layout concept continues with centralizing a union meeting space similar to a breakout area. This concept allows the space user to better communicate and be more productive

This school is constructed by another contractor and they engage us for the interiors, the main interior design goes to the canteen area inwhich I tried on fitting the required amount of seats as well as making the most of the assembly space

The plans is arranged in the way they work and based on analysing what is best to increase their productivity by knowing each employee’s work and where is best to alloacte their seat. Also in consideration of the client’s wants and needs.

The renders shows the industrial feel of the space, despite the corporate colour being green, the GM prefers the colour orange and an industrial feel, and this design is based on the space user’s liking as they are all relatively young , including the boss himself.
