Dining in Grand Style The grande dame of the Oceania Cruises culinary world, The Grand Dining Room invites guests to a leisurely dining experience amidst an ambience that soars to heights as lofty as the cuisine. Our marquee restaurant has always featured Jacques Pépin’s signature delights and a bevy of delicious Continental dishes and now offers even more exciting choices, Aquamar Vitality Cuisine and a wide spectrum of global flavours. Menus change daily, and the all-new Executive Chef’s Tasting Menu promises multiple courses of the chef’s most divine creations.

EMBER

Inventive American Creations Vista’s new signature restaurant, Ember will warm your culinary soul. Paying homage to distinctly American classics, our chefs have crafted fresh, contemporary interpretations of dishes such as Maryland crab cakes, braised short ribs and the Cobb salad invented in Hollywood’s famous Brown Derby restaurant. Whether you stop in for a light lunch or quick dinner or prefer to savour a five-course meal, the cuisine promises to be exquisite, the ambience inviting and the staff affable.

TOSCANA

An Evolution of Tuscan Cuisine Savour tempting Tuscan cuisine in a truly Italian setting. Presented on opulent, custom-designed Versace china, an extensive array of new, masterfully prepared dishes exemplifies the essence of Tuscany and celebrates Italy’s culinary passion. The evening might begin with octopus carpaccio or hand-rolled gnocchi with pesto, perhaps followed by osso buco or pan-seared sea bass with Sorrento lemon and capers.

POLO GRILL

The Classic Steakhouse Polo Grill delights diners with the ultimate steakhouse experience, presented with timeless reverence by a cadre of blackjacketed servers who set the tone for an evening of gracious and leisurely dining. Each course stands as the very definition of a time-honoured favourite, most notably the 28-day dry-aged steaks, all of which are certified Black Angus USDA Prime. Succulent seafood dishes, such as grilled swordfish and whole Maine lobster gratinée, are also classics in their own right.

JACQUES

A Passion for French Cuisine On board Marina and Riviera, Jacques gracefully evokes the aura of a Parisian bistro, befittingly decorated with heirloom antiques and art from Jacques Pépin’s personal collection. Comfortable and eclectic, the ambience is pure French, as is the wonderfully embraceable cuisine. Luscious aromas waft from the gleaming show rotisserie and each dish is a classic, ingeniously reinterpreted by Master Chef Pépin. Rotisserie-roasted chicken falls off the bone, bursting with flavour, while his sea bass fillet pairs perfectly with beurre blanc.

RED GINGER

Bold yet Balanced Flavourers Red Ginger radiates harmony, reflecting both the boldness and subtleties of its PanAsian dishes. The Thai, Korean, Japanese and other Asian specialities are a mélange of savoury and sweet that will please virtually any palate. Try a spicy duck and watermelon salad, Vietnamese banh trang rolls or the sushi chef’s daily selection. Then savour a Malaysian beef penang or lobster pad Thai. In Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as enticing as the visual ones.

TUSCAN STEAK

Inspired by Polo Grill & Toscana Tuscan Steak, exclusive to Sirena, exudes the Italian warmth of Toscana while preserving the classic appeal of Polo Grill. The elegantly appointed interior of Tuscan Steak aptly reflects its modern take on the traditional steakhouse and the diverse menu features the best of both worlds. You can savour filet mignon and our signature Tuscan porterhouse, along with rustic Italian favourites such as hand-rolled potato gnocchi.

TERRACE CAFÉ

The Luxury of Casual Terrace Café welcomes you to informal dining at any time of day, whether inside the plushily adorned dining room or alfresco at one of the shaded tables on the stylish terrace. At breakfast, Terrace Café features a diverse selection of savoury and sweet temptations including made-to-order eggs, omelettes, pancakes and waffles. Come lunch, an expansive menu of internationally inspired dishes is complemented by flavourful rotisserie meats and the magic of the pizzeria’s oven. In the evening, enjoy a remarkable array of dishes that includes grilled-to-order lobster tails, fish, steaks and chops. You’ll also find fresh, hand-cut sushi and sashimi as well as our hallmark Chef’s Market Dinners featuring locally inspired specialities from our ports of call.

AQUAMAR KITCHEN

Wellness-Inspired Indulgence Aboard Vista, Aquamar Kitchen presents a decidedly fresh perspective on dining and the pursuit of wellness. Whether you are a dedicated flexitarian or a die-hard foodie, Aquamar Kitchen offers an abundance of indulgence with none of the guilt. Breakfast selections include cold-pressed raw juices and super-food smoothies, hearty homemade granolas and avocado toasts, organic power bowls, and savoury breakfast wraps. For lunch, dozens of tempting dishes are offered, such as slow-roasted organic salmon with quinoa tabbouleh and lemon tahini, yellowfin tacos with white cabbage slaw or even a crunchy chicken sandwich on a freshly baked whole grain bun.

Sip & Savour This delightful coffee bar is a favourite stop for coffee aficionados. Whether your favourite coffee creation is a macchiato or a cool and refreshing illy crema, the chic ambience of Baristas is perfect for relaxing in quietude or socialising with newfound friends.

Fresh from the Bakery The enticing aroma of freshly baked pastries will draw guests from Baristas to Vista’s new Bakery just steps away. The perfect complement to your coffee might just be a French or Italian speciality fresh from the oven.

WAVES GRILL

Alfresco Dining Located in a spacious, shaded area steps from the swimming pool, Waves Grill offers all-American favourites during lunch and late into the afternoon, making it the perfect spot to grab a snack or meal after an adventurous day ashore. Watch the chefs grill gourmet burgers and sandwiches to order in the open galley, accompanying them with fresh salads, coleslaw and crispy, hand-cut fries. For dessert, try a homemade sorbet, hand-dipped milkshake or one of the new, whimsical ice cream flavours by Humphry Slocombe.

Raw Juice & Smoothie Bar The only cold-pressed Raw Juice & Smoothie Bar at sea serves up flavourful raw juices, plant-based smoothies and satisfying energy bowls at Waves Grill during breakfast on board Marina, Riviera and Vista.

HORIZONS

Afternoon Tea Teatime is a celebratory daily event that irresistibly draws guests to Horizons at four o’clock sharp. As a classical string quartet plays softly in the background, our staff glide through the room presenting bountiful four-tiered pastry carts filled with freshly made finger sandwiches, colourful petits fours, scones with clotted cream and wonderfully sinful desserts. Of course, a selection of fine teas is the centrepiece of this splendid afternoon pastime.

THE CULINARY CENTER DINING ROOM

Pleasures of the Palate During hands-on cooking classes in The Culinary Center, passionate Chef Instructors share their enlightening perspectives on worldwide destinations through the lens of food and wine. Adjacent to The Culinary Center teaching kitchen on board Vista, the new Culinary Center Dining Room takes this epicurean experience to a whole new level. In an airy setting with ocean vistas, you can savour recipes from our Chef Instructors that reflect the local culture of the destinations that we explore. Through the expansive windows, you might even enjoy a view of the locale that inspired the cuisine.

PRIVÉE

A Private Party Our marquee venue for intimate, bespoke culinary celebrations on board Marina, Riviera and Vista, Privée may be reserved for the evening for parties of up to 10 privileged guests. Choose from several different gourmet menus to create an unforgettable evening in an exclusive, custom-designed setting.

LA RESERVE BY WINE SPECTATOR

Designed for Epicureans & Wine Connoisseurs Exclusively aboard Marina and Riviera, La Reserve by Wine Spectator offers some of the most memorable food, wine and Champagne experiences that you cannot have anywhere else in the world. Whether you are a wine novice or true oenophile, you’ll find three unique pairing dinners to choose from – Dom Pérignon Experience, La Cuisine Bourgeoise or The Odyssey Menu. Ranging from six to seven courses, each is truly lavish but, above all, a fun evening to laugh, to savour and to remember. On select evenings, also enjoy the opportunity to experience a specially curated array of local wines, spirits, market-fresh tapas and small plates at La Reserve.

DOM PÉRIGNON EXPERIENCE AT LA RESERVE

Perfectly Paired Champagne defines the most jubilant moments of our lives, and in a magnificent stroke of brilliance, we have partnered with France’s esteemed Moët & Chandon to create the Dom Pérignon Experience at La Reserve, an exuberant six-course gustatory indulgence that pairs each course with a special Dom Pérignon vintage. Champagne is effortlessly matched with dishes which are thoughtfully crafted to bring out the nuances of the grapes and the ratio of the blend, playing off every aspect from subtle, effervescent nose to lively, satisfying finish. From Brittany blue lobster in yellow curry broth with coco foam to sashimistyle seared wagyu beef with sautéed arugula, blood orange-soya jus and Caviar Perlita, each beguiling bite is a celebration of the finer things in life. While the Dom Pérignon Experience is the perfect complement to any joyous occasion, it transcends even this lofty role. In true French spirit, it becomes the culinary manifestation of joie de vivre.
