It’s good to have a clear position. You can explain it to others, write it down. You can even hang it in a nice frame in the foyer and point it out to everyone who passes by. We have built our position. Out of steel. It’s 17.7 metres wide, has four decks and went on its virgin voyage on the Rhine in May 2022. And our position even has a name: A-ROSA SENA.

A-ROSA SENA LEADING THE WAY

After all, the newest member of our fleet not only marks a complete ly new chapter in the A-ROSA story, it is also our way of significantly raising the bar on sustainable travel – for the future of the entire industry. The strategy behind it comes from our very own sustaina bility department, which works closely with the Fraunhofer Institu te. The A-ROSA SENA is full of innovations from bow to stern. You will experience many of them on your cruise – such as when your ship lands almost noiselessly and without emissions. A wonderful way to greet the city that awaits you. This is made possible by a revo lutionary hybrid propulsion system using diesel and electric en gines with a battery storage system. You will discover a buffet that has been prepared with sustainability in mind: regional and seasonal fruit and vegetables exclusively from Europe, organic eggs and an increasing availability of organic meat, as well as MSC-certified fish. What’s more, there is a selection of vegan delicacies for you to enjoy at any time of day. Sophisticated concepts to combat single-

use plastic, packaging waste and food waste are also part of our ap proach. Another thing the A-ROSA SENA stands for is more space for each passenger, more style, more range and airiness; in short: more possibilities. There are several restaurants to choose from. There is more room for adventure in the very first Kids Club with its own rooms. And there are even more hand-picked excursions awaiting you ashore.

Sounds pretty unique, right? It is. But it shouldn’t stay that way. Af ter all, the best thing about the A-ROSA SENA is that while it is the first ship of this kind, it won’t be the only one. Our entire fleet will follow suit over the coming years. Soon, all our ships will be retrofit ted with electric propulsion systems and be completely redesigned. This is a huge undertaking. But that is to be expected if we are to follow our aspirations at full speed and with all our hearts.

SUSTAINABLE CRUISING? IT’S POSSIBLE!

There is a lot going on at sea in terms of sustainability. Shipping companies are working hard to develop sustainable solutions. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is leaps and bounds ahead of them all as the market leader in the premium segment for cruises on Europe’s longest rivers – the Danube, Rhine, Seine, Rhône and Douro –for the last 20 years. Our proximity to shoreline landscapes and their inhabitants has increased our awareness of our responsibi lity to do everything we can to find climate-neutral solutions. “We take our responsibility very seriously. The existing prejudices are directed in particular at ocean cruises,” says the naval architect responsible for innovations at A-ROSA, Matthias Lutter. River cruising fleets are not only significantly smaller and carry around 200 passengers; “They are also one of the modes of transport with the smallest carbon footprint,” Lutter elaborates. “We use the same low-sulphur diesel fuel that cars and lorries do, but in very low quantities.”

This technological leap is a bonus for noise levels too: thanks to the battery, noise in the port is reduced – on top of the fact that river cruise ships generate far less noise pollution than lorries anyway. While the ships are per mitted to emit 65 decibels, the upper limit for a lorry is set at 85 decibels.

Fully cleared and free from toxins

Everything seems to be calibrated towards reducing the con sumption of resources with A-ROSA. The ventilation systems –the second-biggest energy consumers on board – have been op timised to facilitate total heat recovery. What’s more, the entire fleet is equipped with ultramodern waste water systems. “The water is completely purified and free of pollutants,” says Lutter. The leftover sludge is disposed of at large ports by a specialist company every three weeks.

A bottle for everyone

There are also promising concepts ashore: ships are to be run on onshore power as soon as they land in a port. “Our entire fleet is equipped to use this kind of power supply,” says Matthias Lutter. The grid in western Europe has already been broadly expanded for this, and the company hopes that other ports will follow in the next few years.

Cleaner and quieter

With the new, innovative E-Motion ship, the company put its first hybrid into service in 2022. “We have optimised our hulls according to the computational fluid dynamics principle, so they consume as little fuel as possible,” explains the expert. “We have also installed a combination of a diesel engine and a large battery pack, which makes it possible to turn off the engine before the ship enters the

The company has also come up with a systematic approach to tack ling plastic waste. The first generation of A-ROSA ships is equip ped with a water dispenser, and more will follow. Each guest receives a reusable bottle so that they can get fresh water whenever they like. Guests also play an important role when it comes to food waste. “We have seen that many guests are now aware of the issue of food waste,” observes Tobias Rüdiger, Corporate Food and Beverage Manager at A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. “We are seeing increasing acceptance for the fact that we don’t restock our buffets with large amounts of food right up to the last moment; instead, items are provided in smaller bowls depending on de mand.”

Or it might be something that happens on one of your shore excursions. After all, we offer some thing extraordinary.

As of the new season, our DESTINATION SCOUTS will inform you about our amazing excursions and give you personal recommendations. You can enquire about special packages as soon as you are on board: Would you rather walk or cycle? Do you prefer culture or shopping? Our scouts don’t rely on the usual guidebooks; instead, they use their own experience as inspiration. They are happy to provide you with tips since they always know where to find a supercool gallery or the new craft beer brew ery that doesn't even have its name above the door yet. OUT AND ABOUT EN ROUTE

DISCOVERY TOURS. This category includes all city bus tours, walking tours and sightseeing tours. A particularly fine example is the night-time tour through Budapest. Lit up, the parliament building and Buda Castle look even more imposing. A new addition to the programme is a visit to the fascinating Dutch port city of Spakenburg, where you can really immerse yourself in traditional Dutch culture.

ADVENTURE TOURS. As the name suggests, these ex cursions promise an adventure. An example is the themed tours that are sure to become long-lasting memories. Or why not try excursions with unusual modes of transport in extraordinary locations – like an exclusive boat trip through the Camargue? Experience a day full of unforgettable impressions. And don’t forget to say hello to the 10,000 flamingos that are at home here.

BIKE TOURS. Whether it’s Amsterdam, known as the city of bicycles, or the rather tranquil city of Vienna, what could be better than doing as the locals do and ex ploring the area by bike? You can take a guided bicycle tour with a normal bike or an e-bike.

FAMILY TOURS. If you’re travelling as a family, you’ll have special requirements for your excursions. That’s why we have expanded our programme in this area, too. There are now tours to several French theme parks, while Lyon Zoo welcomes young and old with an animal adventure and, just a stone’s throw from Bratislava, the knights at Devín Castle are standing to attention.

GOURMET TOURS. There aren’t many places where you will eat and drink better than on board an A-ROSA ship. Nevertheless, there’s always something new to discover. And we’ll take you there – to the beer culture hotspots of Bamberg and Düsseldorf or the centres of Norman cuisine, the home of Camembert and Calvados.

EXCLUSIVE TOURS. This category is new and promises experiences like no other. On our exclusive tours, we take care of the vehicle, driver and tour guide, so that all you have to do is sit back and enjoy. A few examples in clude: a Mediterranean cooking course with Chef Erik on the Rhône, surfing on the IJsselmeer in the Nether lands and stand-up paddleboarding in front of the chalk cliffs of Étretat in Normandy.

Families are always in good hands with A-ROSA. The A-ROSA FLORA, for example, offers fa mily cabins for up to four people. The Pöstlingbergbahn mountain tramway in Linz: The oldfashioned tram climbs to the top of the 539-metre hill in Linz in 20 minutes. From the viewing platform, you have a wonderful panoramic view over the city, lit with twinkling Christmas lights.

Christmas market in front of St. Stephen’s Basilica in Buda pest: It doesn’t get more festive than this. A huge Christmas market is set up in front of the neo-classical building with its huge dome. This is a wonderfully romantic location, especially when it is fully lit up in the evenings. Great photo opportunities are not just available in front of the basilica – you can also take impressive shots from its dome.

The Wiener Silvesterpfad: is a Viennese New Year’s Eve event where the whole of Vienna celebrates with people from all over world The heart of the city is transformed into one big party district. There are live concerts, shows and even attractions for children. In terms of music, there’s something for everyone – from rock and pop to waltzes. There’s plenty of culinary variety, too. And at midnight, thousands of people dance into the New Year to the sound of "The Blue Danube."

Still a little off the radar for the hordes of tour ists, Porto combines culinary delights with history and culture – and it does this with the airiness of a coastal city, as Porto is situated where the Douro joins the Atlantic. The city can be lively, romantic and dreamy, as well as impressive. Take the Igreja da Trindade, the Holy Trinity church from the 19th century, where you can marvel at the marble interior with gilded woodwork. You are bound to leave the many small shops in Rua de Cedofeita with your purse a little lighter, while the artists’ studios of Rua Miguel Bombarda has plenty to entice you, too.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: São Bento station, which is right in the city centre and once housed a convent. The azulejos, images on ceramic tiles, are well worth seeing..

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Bacalhau. It is said that the Portuguese have 365 recipes for dried cod – one for every day of the year.

SALAMANCA

Our excursion to Spain takes you to one of the most beautiful and most important cities in the country. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, university city and “golden city” – discover your favourite side of Salamanca. You can see it all, as most attractions are within easy walking distance, including the university, Plaza Mayor and Puente Romano.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: La Casa de las Conchas, an imposing house built between 1493 and 1517 by a university professor and knight and decorated with 300 shells. Today, it houses the public library.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Hornazo de Salamanca, a meat pie filled with chorizo, jamón ibérico and marinated pork loin. Definitely not something for vegetarians.

The Alto Douro wine region has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001. It is certainly one of the most beautiful landscapes on earth. This valley has been the home of Port wine for over 250 years, but winegrowing has been present here since the Bronze Age. There are also almond and cherry orchards and plenty of unspoilt areas like Parque Natural do Douro Internacional at Barca d’Alva. However, the highlight is and remains the visit to one of the 50 wineries, where you will be invited to take part in a wine tasting.

THE ALTO DOURO VALLEY:

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Casa de Mateus, a fine example of Portuguese baroque, about three kilometres outside of Vila Real. It’s no surprise if the building seems familiar – a picture of it is featured on the label of Mateus Rosé.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Sardinhas assadas. Whether you have them with wine or beer, grilled sardines are like having a slice of Portugal on your plate.

In the older part, you can visit the collegiate church Notre-Dame-du-Grand-Andely from the 13th century, whose colourful stained glass windows are breathtakingly beautiful. After that, you can meander through the Promenade des Prés, the green avenue at the Canal du Grand-Rang.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The fountain of Sainte Clotilde. The saint prayed there in the sixth century to help thirsty workers. Legend has it that the water has tasted of wine ever since.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: The sweet delicacies in Maison Bellec. The chocolatiers/pâtissiers Guillaume Rouen and Jérôme Bellec set great store by craftsmanship you can see and taste.

Discover the Paris of the east with an unusual mode of transport: the funicular railway. This will give you a relaxed journey up to the Fisherman’s Bastion, where you will have a wonderful view of the district of Pest and the Danube. Next door you’ll find the Matthias Church with its two different towers, where Franz Joseph I and his wife, Sisi, were crowned in 1867. The best way to get from Buda to Pest is by walking across the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, the oldest bridge in the city. If you need a quick break, duck into the bar at the Four Seasons, right by the bridge. Once you have had some refreshment, proceed to Erzsébet tér, a huge square where you should take a turn on the Ferris wheel.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The various ruin bars in the Jewish quarter in the 7th district. Each one has its own character – find your favourite!

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Lángos, freshly baked yeasted flatbread with garlic cream. If you’re really hungry, get it topped with cheese or Hungarian paprika sausage.

DANUBE DELTA BIOSPHERE RESERVE

The area where the Danube flows into the Black Sea is home to an abundance of wildlife. The Danube Delta biosphere reserve covers over 5,000 square kilometres, of which 4,000 are a protected nature reserve. Parts of it are still untouched and only accessible by water. Huge alluvial forests and lakes, Europe’s largest reed fields, and picturesque water lilies as far as the eye can see allow the animals there to live undisturbed. You can find the largest pelican colony in Europe here, for example, with 7,000 birds. In 1991, this unique part of the world was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Basarbovo Monastery, a cave monastery carved into the rocks close to Ruse, 35 metres above the river.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: In the nearby town of Tulcea, you can get fish and mussels that have just come out of the water. It doesn’t get any fresher than this.

MELK, WACHAU:

Surrounded by green vineyards is Melk, right in the middle of the Wachau wine region. Your first excursion destination is obvious then: visit one of the many wine shops and cellars and try the local Grüner Veltliner. Or would you prefer a Riesling? If you need to line your stomach beforehand, treat yourself to some Kaiserschmarrn with a good apricot jam. Once your belly is full, you can visit Melk Abbey, an icon of baroque architecture. Benedictine monks have lived here for 1,000 years. Don’t miss the impressive library with over 100,000 volumes, which even include works from the 15th century. Then you can chill out a little in the secluded abbey park.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The light-filled marble hall in the monastery with its pink–gold Salzburg marble.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Wonderfully sweet Schaumrollen, a sort of cream horn made from puff pastry. You can’t eat them without making a mess – but that’s part of the experience.

DANUBE

Belgrade is a city of contrasts. This be gins by the harbour: old men fish from the promenade by the river, while the first bars prepare for the young revellers behind them. In general, the generations coexist peace fully, just like the sights themselves: for example, the fortress was built in Roman times, but you can still see traces of the Ottoman and Habsburg Empires today. The huge Zindan Gate looms over the fortress’ Upper Town and the brutalist architecture of the Yugoslavian era has its fans too. In recent years, breweries, cafes and alternative hubs have emerged from the many former industrial zones and are best explored on foot.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Zepter Museum, showing the work of Ser bian artists from the 20th century.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: An ice cream at Crna Ovca, which has over 150 flavours. How about sesame coffee or green tea with strawberries?

You should always have time for Vienna, even if it’s only for a coffee in one of the over 1,500 cafés. Beethoven and Mozart made music in the building of Café Frauenhuber in the 1st district before it became a coffee house in the 19th century. If you don’t fancy visiting St. Stephen’s Cathedral in the centre, you should check out St. Charles Church, known as the Karlskirche: it is a stunning example of baroque grandeur. The many green spaces and parks where you can relax are also gorgeous; the Donauinsel, a 21-kilometre-long island in the middle of the river is a great example. In the evening, you can go to a wine tavern and treat yourself to a Gemischter Satz, a speciality of the Viennese wine re gion, where two different grape varieties are blended.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Imperial Treasury at the Hofburg Palace. Plenty of bling and lots of history, including the octagonal Imperial Crown of the Holy Roman Empire from the 10th century.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: The specialities from Bitzinger an der Alber tina. This sausage stand is a favourite of visitors to the nearby Vien na State Opera, who treat themselves to a glass of champagne and a Käsekrainer sausage in the intervals.

VIENNA

BELGRADE

In the Slovakian capital, glorious rococo meets modernity, whilst relaxed Mediterranean vibes meet urban hustle and bustle. The Old Town Hall in the city centre, which is best explored on foot, exhibits Gothic architecture. A contrast is provided by the Church of St. Elisabeth, with its bright blue Art Nouveau facade. After a brief ascent to the Slavín war memorial, you will have a great view over Bratislava and the Danube. In the nearby Horský Park, you can stroll under the dense canopy of trees and enjoy the peace and quiet. Haydn made music at Grassalkovich Palace, the current residence of the president of Slovakia. After taking in all the sights, you can treat yourself to a freshly drawn beer – Bratislava is a real beer city with many small breweries.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The narrowest house in Europe. It is only 1.3 metres wide and is right by Michael’s Gate in the old town.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Vienna is not far away, so the many coffee houses here are also worth a visit. Kaffee Mayer is a branch of the Viennese original, which was founded in 1873.

LINZ

First of all, get an overview of the place: The Pöstlingbergbahn, one of the steepest fu nicular railways in the world, will take you up the Pöstlingberg, where you will have a fantastic view of the city and river. In Linz itself, you can stroll through the many little alleyways and experience classic Austria, for example in the form of baroque buildings such as the Old Town Hall or the Old Cathedral. Afterwards, let the open-air gallery Mural Harbor, where you can see large-scale graffiti artwork, and the Ars Electronic Center media museum brings you back to the present day. The best way to end the day is at the Frau Dietrich cocktail bar, ranked Upper Austria’s best bar.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, or New Cathedral, the largest church in Austria. After ascending the 395 steps, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view.

THE MOSELLE VALLEY

One of the most romantic river landscapes is the Moselle Valley. It twists and turns its way through the Rhenish Massif between Trier and Koblenz and surprises at every turn with views of steep hillsides, green vineyards, pretty wine-producing villages and imposing castles. The Moselle Valley really does have a lot of castles, including above Traben-Trarbach, Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Imperial Castle on a cliff above Cochem. You can enjoy specialities from the Moselle region and a breathtaking view over the valley on the terrace.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Hearty food from the Moselle Valley. Try Weingräwes or Mosel-Wingertspoal –paired with a glass of Riesling, of course.

“Pas op!” – Amsterdam’s cyclists are likely to tell you to watch out if you wander absentmindedly through the streets, fascinated by the canals and merchants’ houses. And you should certainly keep your eyes open as there’s plenty to see. Rembrandt’s The Night Watch and Vermeer’s The Milkmaid are on display at the Rijksmuseum. Countless cafes and restaurants are waiting for your visit. You can explore the 9 straatjes, a quarter full of quirky shops and even quirkier designer boutiques. And if you still have time after shopping, how about a canal trip? The Prinsen-, Keizer- and Herengracht invite you to discover Amsterdam as it wants to be discovered: from the water.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Houseboat Museum. Built in 1914 and 15 metres long, decorated with great attention to detail and with a pho tographic exhibition showing its history. It is located where Prin sengracht and Elandsgracht meet.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Poffertjes, the fluffy, sweet street food that couldn’t be more Dutch. It can be found on any corner – even though it tends to hide under a generous sprinkle of icing sugar!

Welcome to Belgium’s largest city. Antwerp is famous for being the second-largest sea port in Europe and for its diamonds, which are processed and traded here more than anywhere else in the world. After all those superlatives, there’s room for one other: Antwerp is home to the oldest skyscraper in Europe, the Boerentoren, built in 1930 and measuring 97 metres tall. On a clear day, you can even see the Atomium in Brussels from the roof. The Cathedral of Our Lady is one of the most beautiful Flemish Gothic buildings and the Grote Markt with the town hall has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Museum aan de Stroom, MAS for short. An interactive museum opened in 2011, dealing with the city, the port and shipping across 10 floors.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Antwerpse Handjes. These are hand-shaped biscuits or chocolate, with or without marzipan, and often dipped in Elixir d’Anvers.

Cologne is colourful. So colourful that it’s hard to know where to start. The cathedral is obvi ously an absolute must and only a stone’s throw from where the ship is moored. After that, the old town around the Alter Markt with its twisting alleyways is an option. Or you could visit Museum Ludwig with the biggest pop art exhibition in Europe. If you fancy something a bit sweeter, try the Schokoladenmuseum with its three-metre-high chocolate fountain, which you can even taste. Alternatively, grab a slice of cake in the Belgian quarter.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Cologne from above. After climbing the 533 steps, you will find yourself at the top of the south tower of Cologne Cathedral and can enjoy a fantastic view of the city and Rhine.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Kölsch beer, of course – ideally in an old brewery. Enjoy a Halve Hahn with it. While the name might suggest otherwise – Hahn is German for “chicken” – this is a cheese roll.

Welcome to the capital of Europe where, despite its importance, the atmosphere is surprisingly laid-back, especially in the Petite France area of the city, the old tanning quarter. On your walk alongside the colourful half-timbered houses, potteries and shops, across idyllic squares and through lively streets, Stras bourg reveals its fairy-tale romance. It is wonderfully French. Things get rather grander at and in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg, a gothic masterpiece. Marvel at the beautiful stained glass windows and walk through the impressively high archways. To relax, take a trip to La Plage, where you can enjoy sunshine and tranquillity in the cafes and bars on three permanently moored ships.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Palais Rohan, one of the most beautiful French buildings from the 18th century. It’s also worth visiting the three museums in this building.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Choucroute garnie. When you hear the word choucroute it might sound familiar to you. That’s right, it’s sauer kraut – prepared with sausage, meat, and lots of love.

BASEL

The third-largest city in Switzerland, but still small enough to be explored on foot. You can start with the city’s landmark, the Basler Münster cathedral. You will see that the 400 years it took to build it were well worth the wait. The sculptural decoration in particular is spectacular. From there, move on to the red Town Hall, where you can marvel at the unbelievably richly painted facade. It is a masterpiece of late baroque. Longing for more art and culture? Then visit another museum – Basel has 40 of them! Or would you rather do nothing? The old town with its cafes, ranging from cosy to avant garde, is the perfect place for that.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: In 1977, Jean Tinguely gave the city a new landmark with his fountain. The movement of the kinetic sculptures in the water is fascinating.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Mässmogge, long sugar sweets with a hazelnut praline filling.

WÜRZBURG

Did you know that there are satellites from the University of Würzburg or biting the Earth? Our recommendation: set your trajectory for the wonderful old town and discover the Würzburg Residence palace, the residence of the Prince-Bishops of Würzburg. The baroque complex is not just one of the finest in Germany; it is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Marienberg Fortress is also a top attraction. Once you’ve made it up there, you can reward yourself with a refreshment in the wonderful beer garden and a magnificent view of the city and countless vineyards. Speaking of wine, you’re welcome to fill your glass at the Alte Mainbrücke bridge in the evening. The Wein am Main event is sure to be popular with the locals, too.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: The Court Chapel in the Residence impresses visitors with its baroque opu lence. All the walls are round, while the dome and ceiling are lavishly decorated with plaster angels and gold leaf.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Frankish Schnickerli, something for the adventurous among you, is tripe, made from a cow’s stomach. Once a meal for the poor, it is now considered a delicacy.

Welcome to the capital of French cuisine. But there’s more to Lyon than that: founded around 2,000 years ago by the Romans, the city now exudes joie de vivre and liveli ness which rivals that of Paris. What’s more, you can find one of the biggest squares in Europe here, Place Bellecour. It’s the uncontested centre of the city, from which the major shopping streets radiate. And don’t forget there’s a Ferris wheel here that is just waiting to be ridden. The medieval old town is situated at the foot of the Fourvière hill, right on the bank of the Saône. Enjoy discovering the traboules, a jumble of alleys and passageways.

LYON ARLES

The Romans chose a very special place for the founding of the city of Arles. It is em bedded in a unique landscape: the bank of the Rhône, the Crau plain and a moun tain range called the Alpilles. Arles is known as being the gateway to the Camargue, which is in turn known for its white horses, buffalos and flamingos. But back to the city: you can’t miss the ancient amphithea tres, which once had space for 25,000 spectators hungry for thrills and spills. Today’s excitement can be found instead in a stroll through the old town and a visit to a cafe. And Arles is well set up for this. The charming alleyways of the old town and the Place de la République in front of the Church of St. Triomphe are ideal spots.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Where Vincent van Gogh’s easel stood. Several locations in the city have been marked.

YOU HAVE TO TRY: Gardianne de taureau, a stew with small pieces of Camargue bull, which have been marinated in red wine.

MÂCON

The Burgundy town of Mâcon is nestled between the heights of the Beaujolais and the slopes of the Mâconnais. The old Point Saint-Laurent, which is from the 11th century and leads across the Saône, is well known. An enchanting old town awaits you in the southern most Burgundy city. Look forward to colourful facades and plenty of joie de vivre. You can get an extra helping of that on Saturday morning at the market stalls on Esplanade Lamartine, where you can try the regional specialities. Try the famous wine from the region with food in one of the countless original restaurants in the city.

YOU HAVE TO SEE: Musée des Ursulines, a colourful mix of local history, ethnology and paintings in a former Ursuline convent from the 17th century.

A-ROSA TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

For all A-ROSA Premium all inclusive bookings made until 30.11.2022, A-ROSA automatically includes travel cancellation insurance. If you cancel your trip or need to begin your trip at a later date for reasons covered by your cancellation insurance, the cancellation costs under the terms of the contract and the additional costs for delayed commencement of your trip will be reimbursed to you. The excess amount is 20% of the reimbursable damages, with a minimum of €25 per person. Our A-ROSA ships A-ROSA FLORA, LUNA, SILVA and STELLA have a lounge bar on deck 2. The outdoor bar of A-ROSA FLORA, LUNA, SILVA und STELLA is located on the sun deck. On the A-ROSA SENA, the SENA BAR can be found on deck 4 and the UP & DOWN BAR on the sun deck. The current opening hours can be found on the A-ROSA info channel or in the A-ROSA app.

BATHROBES AND SLIPPERS

Bathrobes and slippers, if not placed in your cabin already, are available upon request from your cabin steward or at reception.

BICYCLES/BIKING

For more information on our biking excursions please ask the SPA-ROSA team or reception. Unfortunately, it is not possible to take your own bikes on the cruise. However, you may rent bikes on board.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Please note that access to the ship and check-in for your cabin starts at 15:00 (suites from 12:00) at the earliest. The official end of the cruise and your check-out on disembarkation day is 9:00 at the latest. Please have this in mind when planning your arrival and departure.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Our reception team as well as our Guest Relations Management are at your service to cater for your individual needs (e.g., reserving tickets for cultural experiences and special excursions or organising

transfers). Furthermore, room service is available for all cabins.

CONNECTING DOORS

On the A-ROSA AQUA, BRAVA, FLORA, SILVA and VIVA, every deck has at least two cabins with connecting doors. These can also be used as family cabins. On the A-ROSA SENA, there are multiple cabins with connecting doors available on deck 3. The exact cabin numbers can be requested via the A-ROSA Service Centre +49 (0)381 202 6001.

CRUISE ITINERARY

You can find the planned itinerary in the catalogue. However, the information is subject to change. High and low water, maintenance work and waiting times at locks and bridges due to traffic may result in short-term changes to the itinerary. In rare cases of extremely high or low water or force majeure, parts of the itinerary may have to be completed by bus or train, and in individual cases overnight stays in hotels may be necessary.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS

Please note that the import or export of goods and currency is subject to the prevailing customs regulations. When passing EU borders, inspections may be carried out, including passport control.

DAILY PROGRAMME

For all important information and instructions, please see the A-ROSA info channel, the A-ROSA app, and the displays in the public areas, as well as the announcements.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Please contact your head chef at the start of your cruise regarding any dietary restrictions. Please contact us (A-ROSA Service Centre tel. +49 (0)381 202 6001) about any food allergies/ intolerances 2 weeks before your cruise.

DRESS CODE

Feel free to dress as you like, comfortably and casually, on board and during shore excursions. Please remember to bring warmer clothing for on deck in the evening. Firm shoes are recommended for excursions on land. Smart-casual clothing is recommended when visiting the restaurant on board. We request, however, that you do not wear swimwear or sportswear or go barefoot in the restaurants and bars. We recommend that men wear long trousers in the restaurant in the evening.

DRINKING WATER

Drinking water is available at our water dispensers, at the restaurant, or at the bar.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, currency cannot be exchanged on board. However, there are currency exchange offices near our berth at most ports.

EXCURSIONS

Almost all ports we stop at are starting points for interesting shore excursions in different languages. Further information can be found in your travel documents, the A-ROSA App and on the A-ROSA homepage. Please also make use of the onboard information event (please refer for the schedule to your daily programme). Bookings can be made on board only. From 1 February 2023, guests can reserve excursions at www.arosa-cruises.com/ reserve-trips. A-ROSA arranges the excursions,

however they are implemented by the local agencies, which are the excursion organisers. For 7-night trips or more, we offer special excursion package deals at a reduced price, plus a half-day excursion is already included.

FAMILY CRUISES/CHILDCARE

A-ROSA offers family cruises with childcare on selected routes and dates. On the A-ROSA SENA the A-ROSA Kids Club is located on deck 1, where childcare is provided all season. FOOD

It is not permitted to bring any food on board upon embarkation or at any time during the cruise.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES OR LIMITED MOBILITY

Some ships are equipped only with stairs, which may restrict mobility. The A-ROSA SENA and A-ROSA ALVA have a lift so that deck 1 to 4 (A-ROSA SENA) or deck 1 to 3 (A-ROSA ALVA) can be reached without much difficulty. However, the sun deck can only be accessed via stairs. For individual advice, please call the A-ROSA Service Centre +49 (0)381 202 6001.

HAIRDRYERS

You will find a hairdryer in your cabin (not in the bathroom) in a drawer near the mirror or in the wardrobe. In suites, the hairdryer can also be found in the bathroom.

INSECT SCREENS

For protection against insects, an insect screen in the form of a roller blind/sliding element is usually attached to the outside of the balcony door. When operating the roller blind, please ensure that force is distributed equally to prevent it from getting stuck. The lock is located at the bottom or, in the case of sliding windows, on the side.

INTERNET

Guests can access the Internet using Wi-Fi on board the A-ROSA ships. Please take into account that some parts of the cruise may have weaker connections to the Internet. You can get more information on availability, terms of usage and charges at reception. Use of internet connections under the valid terms of usage is free of charge for guests with the “Premium all inclusive” rate.

KEY CARD

This card is your A-ROSA key and credit card. Please always carry your key card with you. In case of loss, please notify reception immediately.

LAUNDRY

Your laundry can be washed on board. This will be charged to your onboard account. Suite guests may enjoy the laundry service free of charge.

LIBRARY AND BOARD GAMES

You will find a small library near reception or the Shore Excursion Desk. A selection of board games can be found in the café/restaurant or in the day lounge (on the A-ROSA SENA in the connect lounge).

LIFE JACKETS

In case of emergencies, life jackets are located inside your wardrobe.

MAIL

Postcards and letters can be handed in at reception. If your mail is not already stamped, you may purchase stamps from reception. The mail will then be sent from the next port or at the end of the cruise.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The currency used on board is the Euro. During the cruise, you can use your onboard credit card on the ship, which also functions as your cabin key card. At the end of the cruise, you have the chance to settle your tab in cash, with your debit card (except on the A-ROSA ALVA) or with one of the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard or Visa.

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for you to pay with Geldkarte or Travelers Cheque Card. When paying by credit card or EC/Maestro card, you need your PIN code.

ONBOARD LANGUAGE

The languages onboard are English and German. All information, such as the daily programmes, notices and menus, etc., are available in both languages.

PHYSICIAN

A physician is available on board on every route to the Danube Delta or through the cataracts. On all other routes, emergency care is ensured by the infrastructure of the navigated area. If you need medical care, please contact reception or your hotel manager.

RECEPTION

Reception is open 24 hours and staff are happy to attend to your queries and requests. Occasionally there may be short waiting times when our staff are on a safety check walk.

RESTAURANT

There are no assigned tables and mealtimes can be found in the daily programme or in the A-ROSA app.

SAFE

You will find a safe installed in your cabin’s wardrobe where you can store your personal valuables.

SECURITY

We ask you to pay attention to and follow all safety instructions in the form of signs and announcements and the safety video onboard. The safety briefing required for all passengers will take place onboard on the day of embarkation.

SHIP BERTH

Due to heavy river traffic, it is usual for port authorities to assign the same berth to multiple ships. In such cases, the ships are moored next to each other, and you may not be able to see out of your cabin properly. Unfortunately, A-ROSA has no control over this situation.

SHOP

Here you will find selections from our exclusive A-ROSA collection, a jewellery collection, a selection of perfumes, and everyday items, as well as souvenirs. The opening hours can be found in the info channel or in the A-ROSA app.

SHORE LEAVE TIMES

In the EU, you can leave the ship as soon as we dock. In non-EU countries, you can only leave the ship after permission is granted by the local authorities. In your own interest, we ask you to be be back on board no later than 30 minutes before we cast off. The docking times may change at short notice. Please pay attention to announcements and information on the info channel. Please make sure to pick up your shore pass from reception before going on shore. After returning on board, please hand the pass back to reception. The shore passes are used to verify that all guests are back on board.

SMOKING

Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor decks. Please do not throw any cigarette butts overboard; instead use the receptacles provided. Smoking is strictly forbidden indoors, in the cabins and suites as well as on the balconies. Please note that smoking is forbidden in the locks and during the refueling process.

SOCKETS/POWER SUPPLY

Onboard voltage is 220v/50Hz. There is a reversible 220/110v socket in the bathroom for electric razors and toothbrushes; it is not suitable for other electric devices. There are multiple (220v) sockets available in the cabins.

SPA-ROSA

Here you will find exercise equipment, massage cabins and a relaxation area as well as the following saunas:

• A-ROSA BELLA/DONNA/MIA: Organic and Finnish sauna

• A-ROSA ALVA/RIVA: Finnish sauna

• A-ROSA SENA: Finnish sauna and ice grotto

SUN DECK

When passing under low bridges, depending on the water level, you may sometimes be required to leave the sun deck for safety reasons. Please pay attention to the crew announcements and the information signs.

SWIMMING POOL

You will find a heatable swimming pool on the sun deck on the following ships: A-ROSA ALVA, BELLA, DONNA, FLORA, LUNA, MIA, RIVA, SENA (with a separate shallow pool), SILVA and STELLA.

A heatable whirlpool is available on the A-ROSA AQUA, BRAVA and VIVA in the outdoor area of the SPA-ROSA on deck 3, and on the A-ROSA SENA in the spa area on deck 1. Bath towels can be found in your cabin.

TELEPHONE

All of the ships of the A-ROSA fleet are equipped with an up-to-date GSM telephone system, with which you can dial any number, anywhere in the world. Information about the applicable charges can be obtained from reception or information available in your cabin.

TIPPING

Our crew are passionate about their jobs and aim to provide every guest an unforgettable holiday experience. If you are satisfied, our crew is happy to accept a tip as recognition of their service. Most guests honour their efforts with € 5–10 per guest per

day. A tip box for the entire crew will be available at reception at the end of the cruise. Of course, you are free to give employees individual tips at any time. You may also give tips using your onboard account or at reception with your credit card.

TOILETS

Our ships are equipped with an up-to-date vacuum toilet system and a biological waste-processing system. Do not throw any items (including feminine hygiene products) into the toilet, as this can lead to the failure of the entire system.

TV CHANNELS

TV reception is via satellite. On the A-ROSA ALVA and SENA, we also offer a video-on-demand service. While passing through locks and on certain parts of the journey, you may experience interference with the reception. There is a selection of international channels available.

WAKE-UP CALLS

Please contact reception if you wish to receive a wake-up call.

WI-FI TERMS OF USAGE

The availability, performance and transmission speed cannot be guaranteed. Delays, faulty connections or temporary interference may occur. Prior to using the system, please ensure that your device is compatible with the services offered. The operator will not provide any software, devices or system configurations. In order to use the offer, you will need to purchase a valid “Internet-Surfticket”. Your login data will be encrypted before being transmitted to the registration page. Appropriate encryption methods (e.g., VPN, SSL) and security programmes (e.g., anti-virus and firewall software) are recommended for all other connections. You assume full liability for all your activities in relation to this system. Abuse of the system may result in legal action. We assume no liability for the use or non-use of the services offered. The provider is entitled, at its own discretion, to block or cancel any service, material or information, or to invalidate your access to the system. Should any provision of these general Terms of Usage be or become invalid, then the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

FORM FOR INFORMING TRAVELLERS IN THE CASE OF A PACKAGE HOLIDAY

pursuant to section § 651A of the German Civil Code

The combination of travel services offered to you is a package holiday as defined by Directive (EU) 2015/2302. You can therefore make use of all EU rights applicable to package holidays.

The company A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, Loggerweg 5, 18055 Rostock, Germany bears all responsibility for the proper execution of the entire package holiday. The company A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, Loggerweg 5, 18055 Rostock, Germany also has the insurance prescribed by law for reimbursing your payments and, if transport is included in the package holiday, for ensuring your return transport in the event of its insolvency.

MOST IMPORTANT RIGHTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/2302:

• Travellers will receive all key information on the package holiday before the package holiday contract is concluded.

• At least one company is always liable for the proper provision of all services included in the contract.

• Travellers will receive an emergency telephone number or details for a point of contact through which they can contact the tour operator or the travel agency.

• Travellers may transfer the package holiday to another person within a reasonable period and, depending on the circumstances, at additional cost.

• The price of the package holiday may only be increased if certain costs (e.g., fuel prices) increase and this is expressly provided for in the contract; any increase may only be implemented up to 20 days before the start of the package holiday. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the price of the package holiday, the traveller may cancel the contract. If a tour operator reserves the right to increase the price, the traveller has the right to a price reduction if the relevant costs fall.

• Travellers may cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee and be reimbursed for all payments in full if one of the key elements of the package holiday changes substantially, apart from the price. If the company responsible for the package holiday cancels the package holiday before the start of the holiday, travellers are entitled to reimbursement and, depending on the circumstances, compensation.

• Travellers may cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee if extraordinary circumstances occur before the start of the package holiday – for example, if there are serious safety problems at the destination that are expected to adversely affect the package holiday.

• Travellers may also cancel the contract at any time before the start of the package holiday against payment of a reasonable and proportionate cancellation fee.

• If key elements of the package holiday cannot be executed as agreed after the start of the package holiday, the traveller shall be offered different, suitable arrangements at no extra cost. The traveller may cancel the contract without paying a cancellation fee (this right is known as termination in the Federal Republic of Germany) if services are not rendered in accordance with the contract and this has significant effects on the provision of contractual package holiday services and the tour operator fails to provide a remedy.

• The traveller is entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation if the travel services are not rendered properly or at all.

• The tour operator shall assist the traveller when the latter experiences difficulties.

• Payments shall be reimbursed in the event of the tour operator’s or –in some Member States – the travel agent’s insolvency. If the tour operator or, where relevant, the travel agent becomes insolvent after the start of the package holiday and transport is part of the package holiday, the return transport of the travellers shall be guaranteed.

ENTRY, DATA PROTECTION & LEGAL INFORMATION

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS The following information applies to citizens of the nations of the European Union at the time of publication. They are subject to the customs provisions of the Schengen Agreement. The carry ing of weapons (knives, firearms, etc.), ammunition, explosive/ flammable items and illegal drugs on board is forbidden. Please note that individual countries have different provisions in relation to the import and export of goods and/or foreign exchange. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Citizens of the nations of the European Union require a valid identity card or passport for travel. Entries for children in the passports of parents are not valid and no longer entitle the child to cross borders. Therefore, all children (from birth) must have their own travel document when travelling to other countries. Citizens of other countries should check with their relevant consulate regarding any visas or other en try documents that may be required. Since you, as a guest, are independ ently responsible for the correct and valid identification documents, we do not assume any liability or additional costs in case of non-compliance with the regulations or lack of the valid document. The following applies for all countries visited: personal items can be imported duty-free. The possession of illegal drugs and intoxicants is subject to punishment with prison sentences or high fines, as is the import of pornographic material.

HEALTH REGULATIONS Vaccinations are not mandatory. Children should be vaccinated according to their age and the immunisation sche dule. Tetanus/ polio/diphtheria: if these vaccinations were carried out more than 10 years ago, a booster is recommended; this also applies in the case of hepatitis A vaccinations. Remember to bring effective protection to prevent and treat insect bites (especially in the Danube Delta) and sun screen with a high sun protection factor. Important: Travellers should find out more about infection and vaccination protection measures and other prophylactic measures in good time and seek medical advice if necessary.

DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION The protection and the security of your data in terms of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data protection regulations is particularly important to us. A-ROSA collects and processes your personal information in order to provide you with our offers and professional service. In addition, in accordance with international registration regulations, we require your in formation which we have requested separately in the form of the ‘Ship ma nifest data’ for cross-border passage. RIGHT OF REVOCATION

The A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH points out that according to the legal regu lations (§§ 312 para. 7, 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB), there is no right of cancellation for travel contracts according to § 651a and § 651c BGB that were concluded at a distance (letters, catalogues, telephone calls, telecopies, emails, short messages sent via mobile phone [SMS] as well as broadcasting, telemedia and online services), but only the statutory rights of withdrawal and cancellation, in particular the right of withdrawal according to § 651h BGB (see also GTC section 8). However, there is a right of withdrawal if the contract for travel services has been concluded outside business premises in accordance with Section 651a of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless the verbal negotiations on which the conclusion of the contract is based have been conducted at the prior order of the customer; in the latter case, there is no right of withdrawal.

A-ROSA INSURANCE

The travel cancellation insurance is already included for all A-ROSA Premium all inclusive bookings made until 30.11.2022. The insurance cannot be deducted from the travel price; it is an integral part of the booking. The deductible amounts to 20% of the reimbursable damage, with a minimum of €25 per person.

For all "A-ROSA Premium all inclusive" bookings received after 30.11.2022 and "Basic" bookings, we offer the following services:

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

1.

If you need to cancel the trip for an insured reason or travel at a later date, we will reimburse you either for the cancellation costs due under the terms of the policy, or for additional outbound travel costs. Insured reasons include, for example:

• injury caused by an accident

• unexpected and serious illness

• death

• loss of employment

• commencement of employment

• pregnancy, complications during the pregnancy

• short-time work

Deductible: The deductible shall be equal to 20% of the recoverable loss, but subject to a minimum of €25 per insured person.

2. HOLIDAY GUARANTEE (TRAVEL CURTAILMENT INSURANCE)

Covers the additional return travel costs in the event of early or delayed return travel and in the event of travel interruption within the first half (max. within the first 8 travel days) of the trip the full or pro rata travel cost accordingly, and reimburses you the unused travel services in the event of a delay in departure.

Insured reasons include, for example:

• injury caused by an accident

• unexpected serious illness, death

• significant damage to property

• public transport delay

• natural disasters and natural events at the holiday destination

IMPORTANTS:

Falling ill with COVID-19 before or during the trip is an insured event! In the event of illness, your cancellation costs are secured, and your health is protected.

3. TRAVEL HEALTH INSURANCE

Assistance and reimbursement of costs for:

• out-patient treatment provided by a doctor

• in-patient medical treatment in a hospital

• drugs and surgical dressings and aids prescribed by a doctor

• transport to the nearest doctor/hospital and return to the accommodation

• medically reasonable and appropriate return transportation

• complications of pregnancy, premature delivery

• delivery of medication

• retrieval of luggage

• repatriation of mortal remains and burial abroad

• a visit to the insured person during a stay in hospital if the stay lasts longer than five days

Deductible: No deductible

With regard to trips into regions bordering with Germany, insurance cover for short stays abroad lasting no longer than 48 hours is provided as part of the travel health insurance for medically necessary out-patient or in-patient treatment.

4.LUGGAGE INSURANCES

Reimburses the costs for necessary replacement purchases up to a maximum of €500 if the luggage is not returned within one day by the carrier. Sum insured per person: €2,000. No deductible.

5.EMERGENCY INSURANCE

Guardian angels for your trip. This insurance offers help with emergencies that affect the insured person during travel, e.g., help with emergency travel interruption, criminal prosecution or loss of means of payment or documents.

The insurance cover is regulated by the Insurance Conditions VB-RKS 2021 (T-D) / VB-RS 2021 (T-GV-RRV-D) of the HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung.

DEADLINE

Travel cancellation insurance must be taken out at least 30 days before departure. If the trip starts within 30 days of booking, the travel cancel lation insurance must be taken out at the latest by the third working day after booking the trip.

A-ROSA CORONAVIRUS PROTECTION

If you or a person at risk have a suspected or confirmed infection with coronavirus (COVID-19), HanseMerkur will reimburse you for the the contractually owed cancellation costs or the additional outward travel costs or rebooking costs.

Insured reasons include, for example:

• being required to isolate (quarantine) as a result of an official action (e.g., an order) or an order by an authorised third party (e.g., medial practitioner)

• Refusal of carriage or entry into the insured rented property by authorised third parties (e.g., airport staff, landlord) on the day of the outward journey

No deductible.

CONDITIONS

The coronavirus protection can only be booked in conjunction with another HanseMerkur travel cancellation insurance. The travel cancellation insurance that is included with an "A-ROSA Premium all inclusive" booking until 30.11.2022 also fulfils this condition.

DEADLINE

The insurance can be taken while booking, within three working days after booking the trip or at the latest 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days between the booking and the start of the journey, the contract must be concluded at the latest on the third working day after booking the trip.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023

Dear Guests, please read the following Terms and Conditi ons of Travel carefully. They shall become, insofar as they are effectively agreed upon, the content of the travel contract to be concluded between the customer and A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. They are supplementary to legal provisions of sec tions 651a–y BGB (German Civil Code) and Articles 250 and 252 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB), and fulfil these.

1. CONCLUSION OF THE TRAVEL CONTRACT/ OBLIGATIONS FOR FELLOW TRAVELLERS

1.1. The following applies to all booking channels (e.g. in a travel agency, direct booking with the operator, by tele phone, online, etc.): a) This offer is based on the trip adver tisement and the supplementary information provided by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH for the respective trip to the extent it is available to the customer at the time of booking.

b) The customer is responsible for all contractual obligations of the travellers for whom he/she makes the booking as for his/her own obligations to the extent he/she has assumed this obligation by making an express and separate declara tion.

c) If the content of the booking confirmation from A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH differs from the content of the booking, it shall be deemed a new offer from A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH that shall be binding for a period of ten days. The contract shall be concluded on the basis of this new offer if A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH has drawn attention to the change regarding the new offer and fulfilled its pre-contractual informa tion obligations and if the customer has accepted the offer within the binding period set by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH by making an express declaration or down payment.

d) If an option booking is made, the planned trip shall be reserved for three working days. After this period, the option will automatically become a confirmed booking. Within this period, the customer may choose another travel date or another route free of charge or cancel the trip free of charge.

1.2. Bookings made orally, by telephone, in writing, by email, text message or by fax are subject to the following provisions:

a) By making a booking (registering for travel), the customer makes an offer to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH to conclude the travel contract with binding effect.

b) The contract shall be formed when the booking confirma tion (declaration of acceptance) of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is received. It does not require any particular form. Upon or immediately after the conclusion of the contract, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH shall send the customer confirma tion of the booking in written or electronic form.

1.3. With regard to e-commerce bookings (e.g. online, app, telemedia), the conclusion of contracts is subject to the following provisions:

a) The electronic booking process is explained to the customer in the respective application.

b) The customer will have the option to correct his/her entries or delete or reset the entire booking form, and the use of this option will be explained.

c) The website will list the contractual languages that are offered for making the electronic booking.

d) If the text of the contract is stored by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, the customer will be informed about this and about his/her option to access the text of the contract at a later time.

e) By clicking on “Book” (book with binding obligation to pay), or a similar formulation, the customer makes an offer to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH to conclude the travel contract with binding effect.

f) The customer will receive an electronic confirmation stat ing that his/her registration for travel was received without undue delay (acknowledgement of receipt).

g) The fact that the registration for travel is transmitted by clicking on the button does not give rise to a claim by the customer that a contract will be formed.

h) The contract is only formed upon the customer’s receipt of the booking confirmation from A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH on a durable medium. If the website confirms the booking immediately after the customer clicks on “Book” (book with binding obligation to pay) by displaying the respective immediate booking confirmation on the screen, the travel contract is formed when this booking confirmation is displayed. In this case, an interim notification regarding receipt of the booking in accordance with f) above is not required, insofar as the customer is given the option to save the booking confirmation on a durable medium and to print it out. However, the binding effect of the travel contract does not depend on the customer actually making use of these options to save or print it.

1.4. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH emphasises that, in accordance with legal provisions of sections 312(7), 312g(2) senten ce 1 no. 9 BGB), there is no right of revocation for travel contracts pursuant to Section 651a and 651c BGB concluded by distance selling (letters, catalogues, telephone calls, faxes, emails, text messages, radio, telemedia and online services); instead, the customer has statutory rights of withdrawal and termination, especially the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 651h BGB (see also 8 in this regard). However, a right of revocation exists if the contract for travel services pursuant to Section 651a BGB was concluded away from business premises, unless the oral negotiations on which the contract conclusion is based were conducted based on the consumer’s previous order; there is no right of revocation in the latter case.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1. A down payment of 25% of the travel price is due for payment following contract conclusion (receipt of the booking confirmation) and receipt of the risk coverage certificate pursuant to Section 651r BGB in conjunction with Article 252 EGBGB. When the down payment has been made, the full premium for an insurance policy brokered by A-ROSA

Flussschiff GmbH shall also fall due. Payment is made by credit card or transfer directly to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, depending on the payment method chosen by the customer. Unless expressly agreed otherwise with A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH, payments to intermediary travel agencies do not discharge the obligation to make payment. The outstanding amount shall fall due 30 days before the start of the trip insofar as the risk coverage certificate has been issued and A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH can no longer exercise its right of revocation for the reasons set out in 6.2. Where bookings are made within 30 days of the start of the trip, the travel price shall be due in full without delay insofar as the risk coverage certificate has been issued.

2.2. If the customer does not make the down payment and/ or the outstanding payment by the agreed due dates, even though A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is willing and able to duly render the contractual services and has fulfilled its statutory information obligations and the customer does not have a statutory or contractual right of retention, A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH shall be entitled, after issuing a reminder and setting a final deadline, to cancel the travel contract and charge the customer cancellation costs as set out in 8.2 sen tence 2 to 8.5.

2.3. After full payment for the cruise, but no earlier than three weeks before the start of the cruise, the customer will be issued his or her travel documents.

3. SERVICES AND PRICES

3.1. The scope of the services which A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to perform is set out in the contents of the booking confirmation in association with the catalogue or cruise description valid at the time of the cruise, subject to all the information and explanations contained therein, including any individual agreements.

3.2. Connecting journeys by train/coach/plane must be organised and booked by the customer themself. Upon request, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is prepared to act as an agent for arranging such connecting journeys.

3.3. Any concessions arising from the age of the customer shall be based on the customer’s age on the date of the start of the cruise.

4. CHANGES TO CONTRACTUAL CONTENT BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP THAT DO NOT AFFECT THE TRAVEL PRICE

4.1. Deviations in essential characteristics of the travel services from the agreed content of the travel contract which were not caused by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH in bad faith and which become necessary after the conclusion of the contract shall be permitted vis-à-vis A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH before the start of travel if the deviations are not of major significance and do not impair the overall nature of the trip booked.

4.2. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to clearly and com prehensibly inform the customer of changes to services imme diately after it becomes aware of the reason for such on a durable medium (e.g. also by email, text message or voice message) in a manner that highlights the change. In the event of a significant change to an essential characteristic of a travel service or a deviation from the customer’s particular specifica tions that have been included in the travel contract, Section 651g BGB applies. If the change affects the content of the travel contract, the customer shall be entitled, within a suita ble period set by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, at the same time as communication of the change to either accept the change, cancel the travel contract without charge or request a place on a substitute trip if A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH has offered such a trip. The customer may choose to respond, or not respond, to the communication from A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. If the customer responds to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, he/she may either agree to the change, request a place on a substitute trip if such has been offered or cancel the contract free of charge. If the customer does not respond to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH at all or within the period set, the communicated change shall be deemed to have been accepted. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will draw the customer’s attention to this fact in the communi cation regarding the service change in accordance with 4.2 in a clear, comprehensible manner that highlights the change. 4.3. Any warranty claims shall remain unaffected insofar as the changed services are deficient. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to inform the customer about deviations from ser vices without delay. In the event of significant deviations in the travel services from the agreed content of the travel contract before the start of the trip, the customer shall be entitled to cancel the contract. Following the communication from A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, the customer shall be obliged to assert this cancellation right without delay.

5. PRICE CHANGES AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

5.1. If the carriage costs, in particular fuel costs, increase in relation to those which existed at the time of the conclusion of the travel contract, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will increase the price of the cruise in accordance with the following cal culation:

a) In the case of an increase relating to an individual seat, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may demand an increased amount from the customer.

b) In other cases, the additional amount demanded by the transport company per means of transport will be divided by the number of seats on the agreed means of transport. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may demand from the customer the increased amount for an individual seat calculated in this way.

5.2. If charges such as taxes, port or airport fees which existed at the time the contract was concluded are increased to the detriment of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, the travel price may be increased by a corresponding proportional amount.

5.3. Such increases shall only be permissible insofar as the period between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed date of the cruise is longer than four months and the circumstances leading to the increase had not occurred before the

contract was concluded and were unforeseeable for A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH at the time the contract was concluded. In the event of a later change to the travel price, A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH must inform the customer without delay. Price increases after the 20th day before the start of the cruise shall be invalid. If the price increases by more than 8%, the custom er shall have the right to cancel the contract without charge or request a place on a trip of at least the same value, provided that A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is in a position to offer the customer such a trip without additional charge from among those it has on offer. After being informed by A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH about the price increase, the customer shall be obliged to assert this right without delay.

5.4. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to pass on price reductions to the customer in accordance with the above.

6.

CANCELLATION BY A-ROSA FLUSSSCHIFF GMBH ON GROUNDS OF

CONDUCT AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT OWING TO THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS NOT BEING REACHED

6.1. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may terminate the travel con tract without notice if, despite warnings from A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH, the customer/traveller continually causes disturbances or behaves in violation of the contract (danger to life and limb) to such a degree that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. This does not apply if the conduct in viola tion of the contract is based on a violation of the tour opera tor’s information obligations. If A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH can cels the contract, it retains its claim to the travel price; it must, however, take into account the value of any savings in expen ses as well as any benefits that may accrue through alternative utilisation of services not utilised by the person concerned, including any amounts refunded by the respective service pro viders. In these cases, the staff employed by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH and the ship’s crew are explicitly authorised to protect the interests of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH.

6.2. If the minimum number of participants (110 persons) specified in the catalogue or the booking confirmation is not reached, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may cancel the travel con tract up to 35 days prior to the start of the trip. A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH is obliged to inform the traveller that the precon dition for the cancellation of the cruise has been met as soon as this situation arises and to send him/her the cancellation declaration without delay. If the trip is not undertaken for this reason, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH must refund the customer’s payments made towards the travel price without delay, and in any case within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation declaration.

7. BAGGAGE AND ANIMALS ON BOARD VESSELS OPERATED BY A-ROSA FLUSSSCHIFF GMBH

Baggage must contain only items for passengers’ personal use. In particular, travellers are not permitted to bring illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition or explosive/flammable sub stances onto the riverboats. In accordance with international agreements, any drug offences will be reported to the local authorities. Animals are not permitted on board A-ROSA riverboats.

8. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THE START OF THE CRUISE / CANCELLATION COSTS

8.1. The customer may cancel the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. A cancellation declaration must be sent to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. If the trip was booked through a travel agent, the cancellation declaration may also be sent to this agent. The customer is advised to send the cancellation declaration on a durable medium.

8.2. If the customer cancels before the start of the trip or does not begin the trip, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH loses its claim to the travel price. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may instead demand suitable compensation for the travel arrangements made prior to the cancellation and its expen ses in accordance with the actual travel price, unless it is responsible for the cancellation or extraordinary circumstan ces arise at or in the immediate vicinity of the destination that have a significantly adverse effect on the execution of the trip or the transport of persons to the destination. In the event of cancellation by the customer, a percentage rate of compensation for travel arrangements made and expenses incurred shall become payable, the amount of which depends on the date when the cancellation declaration is received and the expected amount of saved expenses. We therefore recommend that any cancellation declaration be made in writing. The percentage rate of compensation is calculated as follows:

a) Standard rate: A-ROSA Premium all inclusive rates

• up to 31 days before departure 25%

• 30 days or less before departure 40%

• 24 days or less before departure 50%

• 17 days or less before departure 60%

• 10 days or less before departure 80%

• 3 days before departure until the day of departure or can cellation on the day of arrival or no-show 90%

If a partial cancellation is made by a passenger who has booked a double cabin for the full price, with the result that the remaining passenger will have single occupancy of the double cabin, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH reserves the right to charge cancellation costs as set out in the table. The com pensation payable shall amount to no less than 60% of the proportionate travel price. The same shall apply if a passen ger paying the full price cancels their berth in a cabin with multiple berths. In this situation, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH reserves the right to rebook the cabin. If a partial cancellation is made for a child up to 15 years of age who is travel ling free of charge in the company of at least one responsi ble adult and is accommodated in a double cabin, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will charge a processing fee of €200.

b) Special rate: A-ROSA Basic rates

• up to 31 days before departure 35%

• 30 days or less before departure 50%

• 24 days or less before departure 60%

• 17 days or less before departure 75%

• 10 days or less before departure 85%

• 3 days before departure until the day of departure or noshow 90%

c) For additional themed packages with a separate booking code, such as wellness packages, and also for arrival and departure arrangements and extended stays in hotels, the standard rate shall apply (8.2.a.).

8.3. Before the trip begins, the traveller may request, in accordance with Section 651e BGB, that a third party as sume his/her rights and obligations arising from the travel contract. Such a declaration shall be deemed timely if A-ROSA Flussschiff receives it seven days before the start of the trip. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH may refuse to accept substitution by the third party if he/she does not satisfy the specific travel requirements or if statutory provisions or administrative orders stand in the way of his or her participa tion. If a third party enters into the contract, that person and the customer shall be jointly and severally liable to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH in respect of the travel price and any addi tional costs arising from such substitution. For the substitu tion of a passenger, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will charge an additional fee of €50 per person for the cruise only. Costs arising from the substitution in respect of any additional ser vices that may have been booked (flights etc.) will be char ged in full to the person making the booking.

8.4. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH reserves the right to demand higher, individually calculated compensation in place of the above standard rates insofar as A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH can prove that it has incurred significantly higher expenses than the applicable standard rate. In this case A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH is obliged to specifically quantify and prove the amount of compensation demanded, taking into account the expenses saved and the possible alternative utilisation of the travel services.

8.5. The customer reserves the right to prove that the reasonable compensation due to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is significantly lower in amount than the standard rate com pensation it demands.

8.6. If A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to reimburse the travel price as a result of a cancellation, the payment must be made without delay, and in any case within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation declaration.

9. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

After conclusion of the contract, the customer does not have any entitlement to changes in respect of the date of the cruise, the destination, the place of departure, the accommodation or the means of transport (changes to bookings). If any changes to the booking are nevertheless made at the request of the customer, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is entitled to make a charge per traveller for changes to the bookings within the periods set out below. This charge is as follows:

9.1. Changes to bookings up to 30 days before the start of the cruise. For changes to bookings up to 30 days before the start of the cruise, the following shall apply:

a) Bookings in the price category A-ROSA Premium all inclu sive: first change in booking per person free of charge; for each additional change € 25 per person if the change to the booking is made within A-ROSA Premium all inclusive and it is a firm booking. For changes of bookings from A-ROSA Premium all inclusive to A-ROSA Basic, the charge is €150 per person.

b) Bookings in the price category “A-ROSA Basic": €200 per person if the change to the booking is made within A-ROSA Basic and it is a firm booking.

c) Flight-inclusive bookings: for changes to flight-inclusive bookings the charge specified in 9.1. a)–c) will be increased by €80 per person.

9.2. Changes to bookings less than 30 days before the start of the cruise. Any desired changes to the bookings by the client which are requested 29 or fewer days before depar ture can be made, to the extent that they are possible at all, only after the customer has withdrawn from the travel con tract under the existing conditions and simultaneously made a new booking. This shall not apply to changes to bookings that give rise to only minor costs.

9.3. Standard charges for administration, cancellation and changes to bookings fall due immediately.

9.4. Please note that rebooking is subject to cabin availabili ty (limited contingent) and that surcharges may apply depending on the travel date, category, route and season. If a trip is rebooked, any early booking or other advantages may only be transferred to the new booking subject to avail ability and within the respective periods of validity.

10. UNUSED SERVICES

If the customer/traveller does not utilise certain travel ser vices that have been offered in the proper way owing to reasons which are his/her own responsibility (e.g. his/her leaving the cruise prematurely or other compelling reasons), he/she shall not be entitled to claim a refund of a proportion al amount of the travel price. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will seek to obtain a refund of the expenses saved by the service provider. This obligation shall not apply if the services in question are of negligible significance.

11. THE TRAVELLER’S OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE

Travel documents

11.1.

The customer must inform A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH or the travel agent through which he/she booked the trip if he/she does not receive the necessary travel documents (e.g. flight tickets, hotel voucher) within the period of time set by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH.

11.2. Report of deficiencies/request for remedy If the trip is not executed free of deficiencies, the traveller may demand redress. The traveller is obliged to notify the tour guide at the holiday destination about the deficiencies with out delay. If there is no tour guide at the holiday destination, any deficiencies in the cruise must be reported to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH at its headquarters. The information on how the tour guide and/or A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH can be contacted will be given in the specification of services provid ed or, at the latest, along with his/her travel documents. The tour guide is authorised to take steps to remedy the situation, if possible. However, he/she is not authorised to recognise the customer’s claims. Insofar as A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is unable to provide remedy due to the culpable failure to report deficiencies, the traveller may not assert abatement claims in accordance with Section 651m BGB or claims for compensa tion in accordance with Section 651n BGB.

11.3. Notification period prior to cancellation If a traveller wishes to terminate the travel contract on account of a travel deficiency of the kind described in Section 651i(2) BGB, if it is significant, in accordance with Section 651l BGB, he/she must grant A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH a rea sonable period to remedy the situation in advance. This does not apply if A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH refuses to remedy the situation or if a remedy is required immediately.

11.4. Damage to and late arrival of baggage in the case of air travel; specific rules and deadlines:

(a) The traveller is advised that any loss of, damage to or late arrival of baggage in connection with air travel must be reported, in accordance with provisions under aviation law, by the traveller at the airport without delay using a property irre gularity report (PIR) provided by the competent airline. Airlines and tour operators may refuse to reimburse customers on the basis of international agreements if the PIR has not been com pleted. Where baggage has been damaged, the PIR must be submitted within seven days after receipt of the baggage and in the case of late arrival within 21 days.

(b) In addition, the loss, damage or misdirection of baggage must be reported to the tour guide or the local representative of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH without delay. This does not release the traveller from the obligation to file a PIR with the airline within the above periods in accordance with a).

12.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1. The contractual liability of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH for damage – excluding physical injury and culpably caused damage – is limited to three times the travel price. Any potential further claims pursuant to international agree ments or legal provisions based on such remain unaffected by the limitation.

12.2. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is not liable for impairments of performance, personal injury or property damage in con nection with services for which it has merely acted as an agent (e.g. brokered excursions, sports events, theatre visits, exhibitions) if these services are explicitly specified in the trip advertisement and the booking confirmation as external ser vices, citing the name and address of the contractual partner providing the service, in such a way that the traveller has been clearly informed that these services are not within the scope of the travel services and have been selected sepa rately. Sections 651b, 651c, 651w and 641y BGB remain unaffected by this. However, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is liable, if and to the extent that the loss or damage incurred by the customer is attributable to A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH’s violation of its obligations in respect of information, explanation or organisation.

12.3. Insofar as A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is the contractual or performing carrier as regards the trip, or is deemed to be such in accordance with statutory provisions, A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH is also liable in the case of compensation claims for personal injury or damage to baggage under specific statutory regulations (in particular Sections 538 et seqq. of the German Commercial Code [HGB]).

13. ASSERTION OF CLAIMS: ADDRESSEE, INFORMATION ON CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1. Reporting deficiencies a) The customer/traveller must assert claims pursuant to Sec tion 651i(3) no. 2, 4–7 BGB against the tour operator. Claims can also be asserted through the travel agent if the package holiday was booked through said travel agent. It is advisable to assert claims on a durable medium.

13.2. The period resulting from 13.1. also applies to the notification of damage to baggage or delays in delivering baggage in connection with flights as set out in 10.4. if war ranty rights (Sections 651c(3), 651d, 651e(3,4) BGB) are asserted. Claims for damages must be reported within seven days in the case of damaged baggage. Claims for damages due to late arrival of the baggage must be made within 21 days after delivery.

13.3. Abatement claims and claims for compensation should only be asserted against A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH at the following address: A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, Logger weg 5, 18055 Rostock, Germany. The customer is strongly encouraged to assert claims in writing.

13.4. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH emphasises in relation to the Act on consumer dispute resolution that it does not par ticipate in voluntary consumer dispute resolution. If consu mer dispute resolution becomes mandatory for tour opera tors after these Terms and Conditions of Travel are printed, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH shall inform the customer of this in a suitable form. For all travel contracts concluded in elec tronic business transactions, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH refers to the European online dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

14. PASSPORT, VISA AND HEALTH REGULATIONS

14.1. Every traveller on A-ROSA river cruise liners must carry a valid identity card or passport. All children (from the time of their birth) must have their own travel document for tra vel abroad (see Entry Regulations on page 155).

14.2. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will inform nationals of Member States of the European Community in which the cruise is offered about the relevant passport, visa and health regulations before the contract is concluded and about any changes to these regulations before departure. For nationals of other states the appropriate consulate will provide infor mation. In providing this information, it is assumed that there are no peculiarities relating to the person of the customer and any fellow travellers (e.g. dual citizenship, sta telessness).

14.3. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH will inform the customer about any changes to the regulations set out in the cruise description before the contract is concluded.

14.4. The customer is responsible for obtaining and carrying the officially required travel documents, for any necessary vaccinations and for adherence to customs and foreign cur rency regulations. Any disadvantages which arise as a result of nonadherence to these regulations, e.g. the payment of cancellation costs, will be charged to the customer. This does not apply if A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH failed to provide information or the information provided was insufficient or incorrect.

14.5. The customer must provide A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH all personal data (manifest data) required for the cruise six weeks before the start of the cruise at the latest and must ensure that the manifest data conform to the data in the travel documents. When booking from six weeks before the start of the cruise, the manifest data must be provided immediately.

14.6. A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is not liable for the timely issue and delivery of any necessary visas by the respective diplomatic mission if the customer has requested the tour operator to obtain such visas unless it has culpably violated its own obligations.

15.

ASSIGNMENT, VALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

15.1. Without the consent of A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH, the customer cannot transfer (assign) claims against A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH to third parties in part or in whole. This does not apply between the customer and relatives travel ling with him/her or people for whom the customer has assumed an obligation in accordance with 1.6.

15.2. These Terms and Conditions of Travel and all informa tion in the A-ROSA catalogue 2023 are correct and up to date as of November 2022. They apply to all trips in the A-ROSA catalogue 2023 with A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH and replace any previous versions or editions relating to A-ROSA trips.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

16.1. German law applies exclusively to the contractual rela tionship between the customer and A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH. Insofar as German law is fundamentally not applica ble to actions brought by the customer against A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH abroad for the liability of A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH, German law shall apply exclusively with regard to the legal consequences, especially in relation to the nature, scope and amount of the customer’s claims.

16.2. Customers may only bring action against A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH at its registered office in Rostock. For action brought by A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH against customers, the customer’s place of residence is decisive. Ros tock is agreed as the place of jurisdiction for action brought against customers who are merchants, legal entities under public or private law or persons whose place of residence or usual abode is abroad or whose place of residence or usual abode is unknown at the time the action is filed.

16.3. The above provisions do not apply: a) if and insofar as the contractually mandatory provisions of international agreements applicable to this contractual rela tionship provide otherwise in favour of the customer, or b) if and insofar as mandatory provisions of an EU Member State where the customer is a citizen that are applicable to the travel contract are more favourable for the customer than these provisions or the corresponding provisions under German law.

17. DUTY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE IDENTITY OF THE PERFORMING AIRLINE

The EU directive concerning the information of flight pas sengers about the identity of the performing airline obliges A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH to inform the customer at the time of booking about the identity of the performing airlines with regard to all flight services in connection with the cruise booked. If the performing airline has not been decided upon at the time of booking, A-ROSA Flussschiff GmbH is obliged to inform the customer about the airline or airlines which will probably perform the flight. As soon as A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH knows which airline will perform the flight, it must inform the customer. If the airline that the customer has been told will perform the flight changes, A-ROSA Fluss schiff GmbH must inform the customer about this change. It must immediately take all reasonable steps to ensure that the customer is informed as quickly as possible about the change.
