High on Lido Deck aboard both ships, this al fresco venue crowned with skylights and walls of greenery serves traditional Chinese-inspired menus with a modern twist. Think dumplings, porridge and savoury crepes for breakfast, and favourites like dim sum, noodles and soups for lunch. A variety of flavours find their way to tantilising dinner menus sure to impress any food aficionado. Breakfast and lunch feature open seating, but reservations are recommended for dinner.

THE BISTRO CAFÉ & COFFEE BAR

From pâtés, charcuterie and exotic cheeses to speciality coffees and freshly baked desserts, this Parisian-styled bistro serves all day nibbles, late-night small plates and wines by the glass. Centrally located on Tiffany Deck — the most social deck aboard both ships — with views of the Atrium, this is an ideal spot to meet in advance of trips ashore or to regroup upon return. For the sweet tooth, The Bee Sting Cake (or German “Bienenstich”) remains a favourite; its layers of sweet pastry dough filled with vanilla Bavarian cream and topped with honey and almonds are swoon worthy.

PALM COURT AFTERNOON TEA

This elegant venue is surrounded with expansive walls of glass allowing for fabulous views of sea and port; and when the sunshine filters in late each day, it becomes the dreamy setting for Crystal’s renowned Afternoon Tea. Fine finger sandwiches and savouries, fresh scones with clotted cream and preserves, and homemade tea cakes and cookies are served along with a variety of traditional and exotic teas. A themed “Mozart Tea” recalls the opulence of 18th-century royalty and society, while the “Chocolate Tea” is pure indulgence.

TRIDENT GRILL BURGERS, MELTS & SALADS

Enjoy easy al fresco poolside dining on made-toorder Black Angus Burgers, Impossible Vegan Burgers, Grilled Reubens, pizzas, wraps, salads and more. Crystal’s popular Late Risers Breakfast is served here, too, from 10–11 am, accommodating those who prefer to sleep in with bites of deliciousness like Blueberry Lemon Blintzes, Forest Berry “Stew” and Sour Cream, Buttermilk Pancakes, Traditional French Toast, Steak & Eggs prepared with Black Angus minute steak, eggs-to-order and crispy home fries.

STARDUST CLUB

CLASSIC DINING & DANCING (CRYSTAL SERENITY) Recalling the heyday of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin, the Stardust Club aboard Crystal Serenity is transformed into a true “Supper Club” on select evenings throughout every voyage. Crystal’s Ballroom Dance Quartet and featured vocalists set the mood as Crystal’s chefs create superb four-course menus mirroring selections served in Waterside. Guests can enjoy non-stop music throughout dinner with the band performing a couple of spotlight tunes during dessert and coffee, inviting guests to join in on the dancing.

THE VINTAGE ROOM WINE DINNERS & TASTINGS

Created for the true oenophile, these optional, one-ofa-kind dinners feature acclaimed vintages from Crystal’s extraordinary cellars. More than 400 labels can be matched with menus that may include specialities from Poached Lobster Tail with Pierre Robert & Black Truffle or Wagyu Beef Tenderloin to Roasted Black Cod and Porcini Mushroom Risotto. The dedicated venue aboard both ships welcomes private dinners for up to 14 guests on Crystal Serenity, and 12 guests on Crystal Symphony, and also hosts special lunches and wine tastings throughout each voyage.

SCOOPS ICE CREAM BAR SWEET INDULGENCES

Sweet-tooth cravings are easily indulged at this friendly spot serving a variety of Ben & Jerry’s® ice creams, milkshakes, sugar-free ice creams, frozen yoghurts, soft serve and homemade cookies. Located on Lido Deck near the Seahorse Pool, the unlimited scooping adventures begin promptly at 11:30 am daily.
