This month is special and we wanted to bring you a doubly special magazine: we united the May-June and July-August editions because: a) we have two magnificent interviews with the outgoing governor of district 4170, Mike Borja and the incoming governor Pío Arturo Barahona. That's why this will be a double edition, united, like the transition of the governors, which has taken place with a tone of fellowship and good vibes. And, b) we continue celebrating 100 years of the Rotary Foundation.
In August, we celebrate Grandparents Day and our program “Tell me a story” (Cuéntame un cuento) will open to the public so they can accompany us at the shelter Alabama to spend some time with the elderly who live there.
This year we celebrate 100 years of the rotary foundation and we're still partying. The satellite Rotary club WTCCDMX of Zona Rosa donated $1,143.00 to celebrate this centennial as well as the article that you can read about the development of the Polio.
