Any approach to the student during the lesson won’t do any good if the student is not comfortable with the very instrument that creates his music.

Seeing your student climb the ladder of success gives you the pride as the teacher. This also motivates you to strive more for yourself for excellence. Along the way you also know that as your students become successful, they carry with them the knowledge and the techniques that they get from you.
