In this case, the buyer can either ask for the demonstration of the equipment first or you can bring an operator with you and ask the operator to do the run test and determine whether it is in perfect working condition or not. Once these stages have been cleared by the buyer, the buyer is not set to decide whether to buy the equipment or not.
